Abstract

Penggunaan gambar fundus retina dalam pendeteksian dan diagnosis awal kelainan atau penyakit pada retina seperti penyakit Diabetic Retinopaty (DR), penyakit kardiovaskular dan penyakit lainnya sekarang ini telah menjadi salah satu bidang yang menarik perhatian bagi para peneliti dan dokter. Tetapi gambar fundus tersebut kadang-kadang memiliki kualitas yang buruk seperti terdapat noise di dalamnya, pencahayaan yang tidak merata serta memiliki kontras yang rendah. Dalam paper ini kami mengusulkan metode untuk meningkatkan kontras dan kualitas gambar fundus serta peningkatan nilai PSNR dari gambar fundus retina asli dengan menggunakan Fast Local Laplacian Filter, Morphology Top-hat Filter, CLAHE dan Wiener Filter.

Abstract

Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) is located at the eastern of South Sumatra Province, 2030'-4015' latitude and 104020'-106000' longitude. Digital image of land was captured from Landsat 8 satellite path 124/row 062. Landsat 8 is new generation satellite which has two sensors, Operation Land Manager (OLI) and Thermal Infra-Red Sensor (TIRS). In pre-processing step, there are a geometric correction, radiometric correction, and cropping of the digital images which resulting coordinated geography. Classification uses maximum likelihood estimator algorithm. In segmentation process and classification, grey value spread is into evenly after applying histogram technique. The results of entropy value are7.42 which is the highest of result image classification, then the smallest entropy value in the result of correction mapping are 6.39. The three of them prove that they have enough high entropy value. Then the result of peatlands classification is given overall accuracy value = = 94.0012% and overall kappa value = 0.9230 so the result of classification can be considered to be right.

Abstract

Algoritma yang umum digunakan dalam proses pencarian frequent itemsets (data yang paling sering muncul) adalah Apriori. Tetapi algoritma Apriori memiliki kekurangan yaitu membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam proses pencarian frequent itemsets. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka digunakanlah algoritma FP-Growth. Dalam makalah ini akan dibahas penerapan Apriori dan FP-Growth dalam proses pencarian frequent itemsets. Penggunaan FP-Tree yang digunakan bersamaan dengan algoritma FP-growth untuk menentukan frequent itemset dari sebuah database, berbeda dengan paradigma Apriori yang memerlukan langkah candidate generation, yaitu dengan melakukan scanning database secara berulang-ulang untuk menentukan frequent itemset. Makalah ini juga menyajikan pembahasan mengenai perbandingan kompleksitas waktu antara algoritma FP-growth dengan Apriori dan hasil dari perbandingan algoritma tersebut.

Abstract

Short Message Service (SMS) is a way of sending short messages in a quick and relatively cheap price. However, besides easiness provided, these SMSs limit the number of characters that can be sent by users. A message sent via SMS, has a maximum capacity of 140 bytes. This causes a person who wants to send a message long enough, consists of a number of characters will have difficulty. Although it is delivered, the message must be assembled into a number of SMS based on maximum capacity. Several ways can be performed to overcome this, one of them by doing compression. By using Huffman table an application text compression on SMS is made in order to compress and decompress when sending and receiving message. This application is made by J2ME and will run on mobile phones based on MIDP 2.0. The results of this study SMS text compression application with Huffman table overall is able to perform the compression process of an SMS text with an average compression ratio of 28.73%.

Abstract

Sentence segmentation that breaks textual data strings into individual sentences is an important phase in natural language processing (NLP). Each word in the string that is added a punctuation mark such as a period, question mark, or exclamation point, becomes the location for splitting the string. Humans can easily see the punctuation and split the string into sentences, but not machines. Basically, the three punctuation marks also perform other functions so that the sentence segmentation process must really be able to detect whether a word marked with punctuation is a sentence boundary or not. This research proposes a sentence segmentation system called segmentasi kalimat bahasa Indonesia (SKBI) or Indonesian language sentence segmentation by applying a set of rules and can be used in Indonesian texts and can be adapted for English. There are 34 rules built with a combination of 27 fairly complete features that contribute to this research. The experimental results for the Indonesian text show that the SKBI is able to achieve an F1-Score of 96.89% and 97.07% for English. Both need to be improved but now better than previous research.

Abstract

This study aims to use datasets on Twitter to find out public opinion on the spread of coronavirus in Indonesia by conducting sentiment analysis. The resulting sentiment analysis will benefit the community by helping the Indonesian government take various strategic measures to prevent and counter the spread of the COVID-19. This research was conducted through the data collection stage, namely crawling data tweet words in Bahasa Indonesia containing the meaning of the spread of COVID-19, the next stage of the process of creating labels manually. Next, the pre-process stage by removing the character, symbols and special features from Twitter. The last stage, classification using learning machine with 3(three) methods namely K-nearest neighbor (K-NN), Naïve Bayes and decision tree. The study analyzed sentiment of 1,119 valid Tweets data and found that K-NN algorithm had the highest accuracy value compared to Naïve Bayes and decision tree algorithms, which was 95.10%. However, the Twitter data analyzed obtained 78.19% of Tweets that fall into the negative category and only 13.85% of public opinion that is positive. This indicates that most of the Tweets of Indonesians in twitter do not mean the spread of COVID-19 disease somewhere.

Abstract

Burai Village is located in Tanjung Batu District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra has woven purun crafts as its characteristic. Burai Village women make handicrafts made from purun in a manual way to fill their free time. The results of woven purun in Burai Village are usually sold directly or by receiving requests from people who visit Burai Village so that the woven purun made from Burai Village is only known by those who are and visit in the area. This marketing limitation is caused by the lack of public knowledge related to marketing strategies and technological knowledge in marketing the products sold. It is necessary to empower purun woven craftsmen through the use of graphic design applications to increase marketing and buying and selling of purun chicken in Burai Village. The stages in this activity are surveys, preparation of activities, delivery of materials and evaluation of activities. After the implementation of this activity, the participants have sufficiently understood how to use the application which can be seen from the increase in the results of the pre-test and post-test knowledge scores that the participants have done. And it is also expected to be implemented on a sustainable scale.

Abstract

Limbang Jaya adalah desa yang terletak di Tanjung Batu, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan. Penduduk laki-laki mayoritas berprofesi sebagai pandai besi, sedangkan perempuan mayoritas berprofesi sebagai pengrajin kain songket. Seorang perajin dapat menghasilkan 3-4 lembar kain songket setiap bulannya. Pengrajin songket di Limbang Jaya sebagian besar berprofesi sebagai buruh bukan sebagai pemilik usaha kerajinan songket. Mereka hanya menerima upah untuk setiap pembuatan kain songket yang selesai dibuat. Hasil kain songket sekitar 50-70 cm. Pemotongan songket menyisakan limbah potongan-potongan kecil dari songket tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan panduan dan pelatihan secara langsung mengenai teknik tambal sulam dan quilting. Teknik tambal sulam dan quilting dapat digunakan untuk memanfaatkan sisa limbah kain songket menjadi produk yang bernilai jual. Tahapan kegiatan dalam tulisan ini yang dilakukan adalah survei, persiapan kegiatan, penyampaian materi, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Setelah melaksanakan kegiatan ini para peserta sudah memahami bagaimana mengaplikasikan teknik tambal sulam dan quilting pada kain songket sisa sehingga dapat menjadi sebuah produk baru yang mempunyai nilai jual. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat menjadi alternatif pendapatan bagi masyarakat Limbang Jaya sehingga kesejahteraannya dapat meningkat.
