Abstract

Simlimastech (Sistem Monitoring Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat Palcomtech) merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang dibangun guna memudahkan pemantauan kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen. Untuk mendapatkan hasil sistem yang yang baik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, maka sistem ini perlu dilakukan pengujian terhadap pengguna (user experience). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauhmana sistem ini sudah sesuai kebutuhan dan memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan monitoring penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengukuran user experience menggunakan aspek usability. Pengukuran usability dilakukan dengan mengadopsi kuesioner USE yang mencakup tiga pengukuran menurut ISO yaitu efiensi, efektifitas dan kepuasan Hasil yang didapat dalam pengujian simlimastech ini adalah kelayakan sistem ini sudah cukup baik untuk digunakan oleh pengguna. Hal ini didapat dari hasil skor akhir yaitu 55,02% yang didapat dari skor observasi dibagi dengan skor yang diharapkan, dimana hasil tersebut berada pada interval 41-60% yang menunjukkan hasil cukup baik.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat pada STMIK Palcomtech Palembang merupakan kegiatan tridarma perguruan tinggi Palcomtech yang secara rutin selalu dilaksanakan oleh dosen. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Palcomtech saat ini adalah prosedur pelaksanaan kegiatan dan administrasi untuk pengabdian masyarakat masih dilaksanakan secara personal antara dosen yang bersangkutan dengan pihak lembaga penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat. Proses yang ada saat ini masih banyak kekurangan, seperti sering kehilangan berkas, proses SOP kegiatan yang kurang jelas dll. Untuk membantu proses kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat agar lebih effektif dan effisin maka perlu dibuat sebuah aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu dosen dalam melakukan proses pengabdian masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Extreme Programming. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah rancangan aplikasi berbasis web untuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat STMIK Palcomtech.Kata kunci : Extreme Programming, Pengabdian Masyarakat,Prototype, Website.

Abstract

Orchid is one of the horticulture commodities that are very important in international trade. The problem that is commonly found in the plant tissue culture is hyperhydricity which causes the growth of plant to be too slow. Which is also a problem in acclimatization. Leaf fertilizers contain macro and micro nutrient that promote plant growth. Nano silica is a nutrient which is needed by monocotyl plants to support growth and prevent deficiency or poisoned nutrient. The aim of this research is to know the effects the combination of leaves fertilizer with nano silica and know optimal concentration of  leaves fertilizer and nano silica combination to growth of orchids (Dendrobiumsp) in subculture. This research used Completely Randomize Factorial Design (CRFD) (4x2) with four replication. First factor is leaves fertilizer (G) consists of four extent that is G0: 0,000 g/l; G1: 0,250 g/l; G2: 0,375 g/l; G3: 0,500 g/l. Second factor is nano silica (N) that consists of two extent that is N0: 0 ppm; N1: 20 ppm. The parameters which were measured in this research are number of leaves, plant height, number of roots, and the number of shoots. The data were analyzed by Analysis Of Variance (ANOVA) and continued with Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) in extent 95%. The results of this research show that there are effects of interaction between leaves fertilizer and nano silica to the amount of roots. Leaves fertilizer does not really affect the orchid but it tends to increase plant height, the amount of shoots and orchid performance. Nano silica does not really affect the orchid but it tends to increase the amount of leaves, plant height and orchid performance. Keyword: Growth, subculture, concentration, leaves fertilizer, nano silica

Abstract

The purpose of this research was for analyzing 5 assessments: 1. Effect on the tangible against consumer satisfaction, 2. Effect on reliability against customer satisfaction, 3. Effect on responsiveness on customer satisfaction, 4. Effect on guarantee & certainty against customer satisfaction, 5. Effect on empathy against customer satisfaction. This research has been done with samples taken in random with consideration that the population was very large in numbers, as it wasn’t possible for the surveyor to cover the whole present population, so a representative was formed. Samples in this survey were only a part of the whole community of the city of Semarang that used the services of St. Elisabeth Hospital. Result of this survey shows that these 5 assessments were accepted. The result was, there was a positive and significant relation between tangible of St. Elisabeth hospital, reliability of St. Elisabeth hospital in handling consumer, responsiveness of St. Elisabeth hospital, guarantee & certainty given by St. Elisabeth hospital, empathy against customer satisfaction. This was proved by test F where the value of significance was 0,000, the coefficient of determination on satisfaction shown by Adjusted R Square was 0,716 that means the customer satisfaction was 71,6% affected by variable of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, guarantee and empathy. Whereas, the rest of the 28,4% was affected because other variables were not checked thoroughly by researchers.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the increasing number of business merchandise in major cities in Indonesia. The one is Kedai Digital 7 Semarang, a business unit engaged in different fields of creative production in particular areas of merchandise and graphic design. The data were collected through questionnaire method of 100 respondents of Kedai Digital 7 in Semarang, which was obtained by using non-probability sampling technique. Then, we analyzed the data obtained by using multiple regressionanalysis. This analysis included validity and reliability, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing by T-test and F-test, and analysis of determination coefficien (R2). Hypothesis trial by T-test showed that the three examined independent variables (product attributes variable, promotional mix, and service quality) were proven having positive and significant impact toward the dependent variables of purchasing decisions. Then, from F-test could be seen that the three independent variables were proper to exmine the dependent variables of purchasing decision. Adjusted R Square of 0.555 indicated that 55.5 % of the purchasing decision variables could be explained by the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the rest 44.5 % could be explained by other variables outside of the three variables used in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand experience variables on brand loyalty through brand resonance and brand reputation as an intervening variable for users of the DANA E-Wallet application in Semarang City. The population used in this study are DANA application users who have transacted using the application and are domiciled in the city of Semarang, Central Java. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents.In this study, data was collected through distributing questionnaires to selected samples through non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling method. Measurement in the questionnaire uses a Likert scale. Five hypotheses were tested using quantitative methods with the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression which was estimated with the help of computer software in the form of SPSS version 25.The results of the analysis of this study indicate that brand experience has a positive and significant effect on brand resonance, brand experience has a positive and significant effect on brand reputation, brand experience has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, brand resonance mediates the effect of brand experience on brand loyalty and brand reputation mediates. the influence of brand experience on brand loyalty.
