Abstract

Web applications are needed as a solution to the use of internet technology that can be accessed globally, capable of displaying information that is rich in content, cost effective, easy to use and can also be accessed by anyone, anytime and anywhere. In the second quarter of 2020, Wearesocial released information related to internet users in the world around 4.54 billion with 59% penetration. People become very dependent on the internet and also technology. This condition was also triggered due to the Covid-19 pandemic.One thing that becomes an issue on website application security is internet attacks on website platforms and we never expected the vulnerability. One type of attack or security threat that often arises and often occurs is Cross Site Scripting (XSS). XSS is one of Top 10 Open Web Application Security Projects (OWASP) lists.There are several alternatives that we can use to prevent cyber-attack. OWASP Security Shepherd can be used as a way to prevent XSS attacks. The OWASP Security Shepherd project allows users to learn or develop their manual penetration testing skills. In this research, there are several case examples or challenges that we can use as a simulation of the role of OWASP Security Shepherd to detect this XSS. The purpose of this paper is to conduct a brief and clear review of technology on OWASP Security Shepherd. This technology was chosen as an appropriate and inexpensive alternative for users to ward off XSS attacks.

Abstract

Bidang Sumber Daya Manusia adalah salah satu bagian yang terdapat pada PLN Area Pelayanan Jaringan(APJ) Malang yang mempunyai tugas untuk menangani dan mencatat restitusi biaya kesehatan karyawan dan pensiunan. Bidang SDM PLN APJ Malang melakukan pencatatan penggantian biaya kesehatan karyawan aktif dan pensiunan masih menggunakan sistem manual, yang dituliskan dalam buku agenda, serta laporan kepada Kepala bagian dalam bentuk buku agenda. Proses ini menghambat produktivitas kerja bagi para pegawai karena pencarian data yang cukup lama, memperlambat proses pelayanan terhadap karyawan dan pensiunan saat melakukan restitusi. Lambatnya proses pencarian data pegawai dan pensiunan serta tagihan mitra menyebabkan efek terburuk antrian pengambilan sangat lama dan sering terjadi kekeliruan dimana hal ini membuat kesulitan pendataan dan manajemen dokumen tidak bisa terkelola dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisis dan perancangan sistem informasi manajemen restitusi biaya kesehatan pegawai dan pensiunan untuk membantu pihak SDM PLN APJ Malang dalam rekapitulasi biaya kesehatan dan tagihan mitra PLN APJ Malang. Metodologi pelaksanaan penelitian, yaitu: pengambilan data, perancangan program dan pembuatan laporan. Hasil utama dari penelitian adalah dibangunnya sebuah sistem informasi manajemen. Sistem Informasi ini diharapkan mampu membantu PLN APJ dalam manajemen restitusi biaya kesehatan pegawai dan pensiunan.

Abstract

Appreciating outstanding employee by providing reward and recognition is a method to enhance the turnover of the company as well as to motivate the employee’s performance of employees. BRI Katamso constantly encourages the Marketing Officer (MO) to maintain and extent the achievement of targets and performance in order to increase the company's turnover. Pursuing augmentation in turnover and deterioration in MO, BRI has led the ability of MO to be represented to the public. The assessment criteria are set as the MO achievement including: outstanding credit, non-performance loan, Britama achievement, Simpedes attainment, current accounts achievement, deposits achievement, the sum of all achievement, debtors, creditors, the establishment of a blacklist and inclusion on the blacklist. Marketing officers are, in fact, distributed in each BRI Branch Office and numbers of BRI Unit and BRITeras. With the Decision Support System (DSS), it is expected that the computerization system would objectively and precisely assess the MO’s performances. The purpose of this research was to develop SPK in BRI Katamso by applying Profile Matching method.
