Abstract

Hipertensi gestasionalmerupakan penyebab angka kematian ibu (AKI) terbesar kedua di Indonesia, dimana terjadi peningkatan fungsi endotel, yaitu endotelin-1 (ET-1). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kadar ET-1 pada kehamilan normal dan hipertensi gestasional.Sebanyak 40 ibu hamil trimester III yang diambildengan teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive sampel terbagi atas 20 ibu hamil dengan kehamilan normal dan 20 ibu hamil dengan hipertensi gestasional di ambil sampel darahnya sebanyak 3 mL, yang kemudian di bawah ke Laboratorium RSUP Universitas Hasanuddin untuk pemeriksaan kadar ET-1 menggunakan Human Endothelin-1 ELISA Kit. Analisa data menggunakan uji Mann Whitney U, hasil menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan bermakna antara kadar ET-1 pada ibu hamil trimester III dengan kehamilan normal dan hipertensi gestasional, p=0,372 (p>0,05), dimana kadar ET-1 lebih tinggi pada kehamilan normal.

Abstract

Breast milk is the best food for babies. Breastfeeding is carried out exclusively during the first 6 months of life, but in giving it, there are several factors that can influence it. The purpose of the study was to determine how the effect of milk advertising and family income on exclusive breastfeeding. This study used a cross sectional approach, the sample of this study were mothers who had babies aged 0-24 months. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 150 respondents. The results of the study of 150 respondents, seen from the milk advertising factor, 50.6% were interested in milk advertising (p = 0.020). Meanwhile, viewed from the income factor, 61.3% have income < UMK (p = 0.995). Conclusion: there is an effect of formula milk advertising on exclusive breastfeeding, but there is no effect of family income on exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

Breast milk is the best food for babies in the first 0-6 months of life. The nutritional needs of protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals can all be fulfilled from breast milk. Exclusive breastfeeding is influenced by many factors including work and education. This study aims to determine the effect of work and education on exclusive breastfeeding at the Bulili Health Center, Palu City. This research is a descriptive correlative research with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all mothers who had babies aged 6-24 months in the working area of ​​the Bulili Health Center. The sample of this research is 150 people, the sampling technique is purposive sampling technique. The analysis used in this research is univariate and crosstab analysis. The results showed that of the 150 respondents, judging from the occupation, 57.3% of working and non-working mothers/IRT 42.7%, (p= 0.826). When viewed from the education factor, it was found that 34.7% had basic education, 30.7% had secondary education and 34.7% had higher education (p: 0.555). The conclusion from the results of this study is that there is no effect of work and education on exclusive breastfeeding at the Bulili Health Center, Palu City.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pemberian MP-ASI pada balita merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam perkembangan dan pertumbuhan anak. Pemberian MP-ASI harus diikuti dengan pengetahuan ibu dan Pendidikan ibu. Jika ibu tidak memiliki pengetahuan dan pendidikan yang baik tentang pemberian MP-ASI, makanakan mempengaruhi pemberian MP-ASI yang dapat berdampak pada status gizi balita. Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan pendidikan ibu terhadap pemberian MP- ASI pada balita 6-24 bulan. Metode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 67 responden ibu yang memiliki balita usia 6-24 bulan yang teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil: Hasil uji statistic uji chy square diperoleh p value = 0,037, dengan nilai coefficient contingency 0,364, yang artinya ada hubungan signifikan pengetahuan dan pendidikan ibu dengan pemberian MP-ASI pada balita 6-24 bulan, dengan keeratan hubungan pada kategori rendah. Kesimpulan: adanya factor lain yang berhubungan dengan pemberian MP-ASI. Saran penulis, tenaga kesehatan perlu melakukan penelitian lanjutan yang berkaitan dengan pemberian MP-ASI.
