Abstract

Abstract: Public service is the obligation of every government organization. In order to maximize quality service it is necessary to apply the standards in the process of granting services. Quality management system standard ISO 9001:2008 is the international standard with regard to good management practices. In various studies revealed that the motivation of the application of ISO 9001:2008 can be derived from internal and external. This research uses qualitative approach method of phenomenology. The results showed that the motivation of the application of ISO 9001:2008 internal motivation due to tend to 1)improve service to customers, 2) desire to make each individual's work became more clear, the process flow within the document management also is more elaborate, and 3) ISO 9001:2008 implementation is not basing on rules or provisions that are mandatory from either the Center or institution of his superiors.Key Words: ISO 9001, Quality Management, Motivation, Public ServicesAbstrak: Pelayanan publik merupakan kewajiban setiap organisasi pemerintahan. Agar kualitas pelayanan lebih maksimal maka perlu menerapkan standar dalam proses pemberian pelayanan. Standar sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 merupakan standar internasional yang berkaitan dengan praktek manajemen yang baik. Dalam berbagai penelitian terungkap bahwa motivasi penerapan ISO 9001:2008 bisa berasal dari internal maupun eksternal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi penerapan ISO 9001:2008 cenderung pada motivasi internal dikarenakan 1) Keinginan memperbaiki pelayanan kepada pelanggan, 2) keinginan membuat pekerjaan masing-masing individu menjadi lebih jelas, alur proses dalam manajemen dokumen juga lebih tertata, dan 3) penerapan ISO 9001:2008 tidak mendasarkan pada aturan atau ketentuan yang bersifat mandatori baik dari pusat maupun institusi atasannya. Abstract

ABSTRACT According to the executive director of KNEKS, "The potential for cash waqf in Indonesia is huge, reaching 180 trillion every year, however, the development of cash waqf in Indonesia is still low, as seen from BWI data, the cash waqf collected until 2020 reached IDR 391 billion, even though the potential for annual waqf reached IDR 180 trillion”. This research aims to determine the potential of cash waqf as a community economic development. The research method used in this research is a literature study with a normative approach. This research shows that waqf can produce various profits and benefits. The profits generated can finance important sectors in need such as Health, Education, and even the domestic business sector. Now, it's just a matter of how this opportunity is utilized in a synergy between government, institutions, and society itself. Cash waqf has an important role in the community economy and the wakif itself, where its management is carried out by nadzir through LKS-PWU.
