Abstract

In learning activities, there are a variety of methods that can be used by a teacher in the school, madrasa and Islamic boarding schools. Most of the methods used are still using the old or traditional methods, especially in the pesantren environment, to be a method that is maintained until now used by the cleric to give instruction to his students. This study aims to determine the effect of Qur'an Sorogan on student motivation, to determine the effect of teacher personality competencies on student motivation, and to determine the influence of Qur'an Sorogan and teacher personality competency together on student motivation. Sorogan method is a method of learning that is carried out individually, learning interaction, learning guidance, and supported by the activeness of students. The method in this research is descriptive analytic with quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used Questionnaire, observation, interview, linearity testing, hypothesis testing and data analysis techniques. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Sorogan Qur'an influences student motivation by 33% with low interpretation, (2) teacher's personal competence influences student motivation by 23% with low interpretation, (3) Sorogan The Qur'an and the teacher's personal competence together affect the learning motivation of students by 36% with low interpretation, while other factors that influence by 69.3%. Keywords: Sorogan Qur’an, Teacher personality competence, Learning motivation   Abstrak Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, terdapat berbagai macam metode yang dapat digunakan oleh seorang guru baik dalam lingkungan sekolah, madrasah maupun pesantren sebagian besar metode yang digunakan masih menggunakan cara lama atau tradisional, terutama dalam lingkungan pesantren, menjadi metode yang dipertahankan sampai saat ini yang digunakan oleh ustadz untuk memberikan pengajaran kepada santrinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, Pengaruh Sorogan Al-qur’an terhadap motivasi siswa, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap motivasi siswa, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sorogan Al-qur’an dan kompetensi kepribadian guru secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Metode sorogan merupakan metode pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara individual, interaksi pembelajaran, bimbingan pembelajaran, dan didukung keaktifan santri. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah  deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa angket penelitian. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji multikolonieritas dan uji hipotesis. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari seluruh siswa kelas VIII A s/d VIII D yang berjumlah 130 siswa. Sampel sebanyak 25% dari jumlah populasi (25 % x 130 siswa = 32 siswa). Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : (1) Sorogan Al-qur’an berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 33% dengan interprestasi rendah, (2) kompetensi kepribadian guru  berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 23% dengan interprestasi rendah, (3) Sorogan Al-qur’an dan kompetensi kepribadian guru secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 36% dengan interprestasi rendah, Sedangkan faktor lainnya yang mempengaruhi sebesar 69,3%. Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) is an important thing in the implementation of education. Education can be said to be of quality or quality with support from human resources. Therefore, every educational institution must pay attention to human resources and manage them well, in order to create high-quality education. Therefore, research was conducted at Junior High School 5 Cimahi to find out the extent of HRM being carried out at the school in order to see the quality and quality of the HR empowerment being carried out. Data collection techniques were carried out by direct interviews with the school principal. Career development in human resource management at Junior High School 5 Cimahi is structured and implemented in accordance with the needs of each human resource in the school. Career development of an educator is very influential in increasing professionalism as an educator and education staff
