Abstract

Hidroponik merupakan salah satu konsep pertanian modern yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan, khususnya oleh masyarakat Bengkayang yang belum terlalu mengenal sistem pertanian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kelayakan usaha hidroponik dikelola dan dijalankan dalam jangka waktu panjang yang dilihat dari aspek keuangan. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan alat bantu software Microsoft excel yang dibuat dalam bentuk tabel, dengan tujuan agar memudahkan dalam mengklasifikasi data kuantitatifnya. Kriteria dalam kelayakan investasi usaha hidroponik ini menggunakan beberapa aspek keuangan seperti Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit/Cost (Net B/C), Internal Rate Return (IRR), dan Payback Period. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil dengan menggunakan analisis finansial sesuai dengan aspek keuangan sebagai berikut NPV sebesar 9.706.160, Net B/C sebesar 1,3, IRR sebesar 25%. Dan hasil Payback Period menunjukkan bahwa jangka waktu pengembalian investasi/modal yaitu 1 tahun 8 bulan 14 hari.

Abstract

The capital market has existed long before Indonesia's independence. Being an alternative with a very vital position in the development of the Indonesian economy, the capital market is also a source of funding for companies that need funds, apart from banking or through financial institutions that are involved in related industries. This community service is carried out with the aim of providing education about the capital market in the community through webinars, training for members of the Capital Market Study Group (KSPM) with the aim of being ready to provide knowledge about the capital market to the public and these activities have been carried out in the hope that they have knowledge about the capital market. capital market in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Changing people's mindsets to invest not only from one aspect, namely through the banking world, but also the capital market and not solely through bank loans, but through going public through the capital market. Based on the results of community service, it shows that to increase knowledge about the capital market to the community the Capital Market Study Group (KSPM) of the Shanti Bhuana Institute is to provide online and offline training to the community and KSPM members.

Abstract

The community as voters has a very important role because it is one of the factors that determine the success or failure of organizing elections. The purpose of this research is used as information on the role of election organizers, in this case the District Election Committee (PPK) at the Sumbermanjing Wetan District Level, Malang Regency in its efforts to increase community participation and as knowledge about general elections to be used as an evaluation in organizing future elections. This research uses phenomenological qualitative research methods through in-depth source interviews and observation notes to election organizers, namely members of the District Election Committee (PPK) in Sumbermanjing Wetan District, Malang Regency. PPK in socialization activities to the community cooperates with the District Election Supervisory Committee (Panwascam) in supervision and socialization, government agencies, government institutions and local village community organizations in disseminating socialization to the community because it is able to reach all communities that have limited accessibility. The declining level of community participation needs to be reviewed so that people who abstain from voting or who do not use their voting rights can actively participate in realizing democracy. In addition, a wise evaluation of the regulations, technical implementation, accuracy of voter data, neutrality and integrity of the electoral process is needed.

Abstract

The Bogor City Scout Movement Branch Office is still experiencing problems in administrative management, including cumbersome manual filing processes, unresponsive disposition of incoming letters, excessive paper consumption, and vulnerable financial document security systems. This research aims to propose the implementation of the E-Office system as an innovative solution for administrative transformation towards a more efficient and digitally integrated system. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach by collecting data from interviews with three key informants who have an active role in operations and administration at the Bogor City Scout Movement Branch. The results show that the use of E-Office has excellent potential to improve operational efficiency, increase document security, and speed up administrative processes. However, the implementation of E-Office requires special training and changes for employees who still use the manual system.
