Abstract

The growing growth of the banking industry creates increasingly fierce competition between the Islamic banking industry, so that it will make consumers have many alternative choices before deciding which bank to go to to conduct Islamic banking transactions. This study aims to reveal the level of understanding of the quality of customer human resources on customer decisions, perceptions of product differentiation on customer decisions. This study uses qualitative research, data collected by means of interviews (interviews), observation, documentation and then analyzed by descriptive analysis method. The research results prove that customer perceptions of product differentiation, level of product understanding, and quality of human resources have a positive influence on customer decisions in Islamic banking. use the services of Islamic banking.

Abstract

The current condition of the corona pandemic in indonesia has been running for almost a year, of course, people want to have this pandemic over quickly. However, when the situation has not improved as before and is still required to undergo new normal activities. This pandemic has changed our behavior in carrying out daily activities, including in terms of the world of work. Employed performance will greatly affect the progress of the company and its customers. Good performance will result in good business development of this company. On the contrary, poor performance will also have a bad impact on the company. Therefore, to support good performance it is necessary to increase the target customer. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect on increasing BTN Syariah customers during the pandemic. The research method used uses quantitative descriptive. The results showed that the work environment has a positive influence on customers, especially customers will be a affaected by products in BTN Syariah Pasuruan City, one of which is he deposit savings product whose distribution for the results is higher. BTN Syariah continues to increase its target from month to month even to the point of having a target by increasing the realization of cunsumer financing 0 to 28,690 M as of December 31,2021.

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia Pasuruan Branch is one of the banks operating based on sharia principles that offers products for raising funds and distributing funds, one of which is BSI savings. This BSI savings account is based on sharia principles with a mudharabah muthlaqah contract. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the marketing strategy of BSI's savings products was to attract customers' interest. Bank Syariah Indonesia Pasuruan Branch has been running well, from promoting, socializing, distributing brochures and participating in certain events. In addition, the existence of Bank Syariah Indonesia Pasuruan Branch is very helpful for customers to open various kinds of savings provided by Bank Syariah Indonesia Pasuruan Sub-Branch Office.
