Abstract

Penulisan ini ditujukan kepada para pelaku UMKM yang berdomisili di Negeri Waai Kabupaten Maluku Tengah, Provinsi Maluku. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan Metode Sosialisasi, Diskusi dan Latihan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi keuangan dan fintech pelaku UMKM agar memiliki motivasi, semangat kerja dan soft skill demi meningkatkan dan mempertahankan usaha yang telah dijalani. Hasil dari pengabdian ini, sesuai perhitung wilcoxon para pelaku UMKM Negeri dilihat adanya kenaikan nilai positif rank antara hasil sebelum pelatihan literasi keuangan dan sesudah pelatihan literasi keuangan. Disini terdapat ada 49 data Positif (N)yang artinya ada 49 orang dari 50 orang mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai literasi keuangan dan financial technology (fintech).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial condition of Perum Perumnas Regional-1 Medan using the Altman Z-score method. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive analysis technique, namely collecting data, classifying data, explaining data and analyzing data. The results of the study show that with the Altman Z-score method, companies experience financial distress every year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of levies, local taxes, and self-reliance to local revenue (PAD). This study uses quantitative data types, while data sources use secondary data with documentation data collection techniques while data analysis techniques use quantitative descriptive. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the contribution of regional levies shows that the condition is still lacking, this is due to the lack of availability of public facilities, for regional tax contributions it also experiences unstable conditions where the lack of firmness of the Buru Selatan regional government towards the community in the obligation to pay taxes, while for financial independence the area of south buru is still very low because the south buru district government is still lacking in maximizing levies or retribution and regional taxes to increase PAD. So that in this case the government of South Buru Regency increases the regional original income (PAD) through levies and taxes, thereby increasing regional independence.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of education level, financial literacy, and financial planning on financial management practices among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Fena Fafan District, South Buru Regency. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 31 MSME operators and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that education level and financial literacy do not significantly affect financial management, while financial planning has a strong and positive influence. These results underscore the importance of practical financial behavior over formal education or theoretical knowledge, particularly in geographically isolated and underserved regions. The demographic profile of the respondents, dominated by limited formal education and micro-scale operations, further emphasizes the relevance of applied planning habits. This study contributes to the growing body of research on rural entrepreneurship and highlights the need for context-sensitive financial development programs that prioritize behavior-based interventions over conventional literacy models.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze cash management in an effort to maintain liquidity stability at PT MIDI UTAMA INDONESIA Tbk for the period 202-2023.The type of research is quantitative descriptive research, using data sourced from IDKS as a research instrument. Data analysis techniques use Cash Management analysis (Optimal Cash Balance and Liquidity Ratios such as Current ratio, Quick ratio and cash ratio.The results of the study show that the company's ability has not been able to provide good results. This is proven by the calculation of the optimal cash balance that the company should have from 2020 - 2023 has never been achieved by the company, in terms of calculating the Liquidity ratio, all the ratios calculated show that the results obtained are at a figure > 1, which means that the company's cash has not been able to meet its obligations.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Maluku Province play an important role in driving the local economy. This study discusses the strategic model of MSME development with a focus on financial literacy, digital marketing, and improving the ability of Human Resources (HR). This type of research is quantitative research. The sample of this study was 100 MSME actors in Maluku Province with questionnaire collection techniques. Data analysis tactics using regression analysis with the help of SPSS applications. 20. The result of this study is a strategic model of MSME development with a focus on financial literacy, digital marketing, and improving the ability of Human Resources (HR) can affect the performance of MSMEs both partially and simultaneously. Cooperation between governments, educational institutions, and local businesses is key in implementing in-depth training programs. By strengthening financial literacy, digital marketing, and human resource capabilities, MSMEs in Maluku Province can strengthen the local economy, create jobs, and support sustainable economic growth.
