<![CDATA[Community empowerment is very important and must be done considering the rapid economic and technological growth lately will greatly affect the ability of each individual to meet their daily needs. Community empowerment is the process of developing human / community resources itself in the form of exploring personal abilities, creativity, complementation, and actions that are better than before. The allocation of village funds is intended to provide stimulants for financing the village goverment program in carrying our goverment activities in community emprowerment. The purpose of granting village fund allocationcs is to improve the administration of village goverment in carrying out goverment service, develoment and community development in accordance with their authority to increase the capacity of village communities in planning, implamenting and controlling participatory development in accordance with village potential.the sampel of this research is specifically for the community in kumbis district, Kimaam District, Kabupaten Merauke, amounting to 56 households with a period of reseach in February 2018. Data Analisysis technique uses multiple analisys regression equations to test thehypothesis that community empowerment has a positive effect on village fund management in Kimaam District, Merauke Regency.
