Abstract

This study aims to map the reflective thinking level of students and to map students' basic thinking skills in science learning at SMP Negeri 30 Sigi. The method used in this research is the descriptive method. The test used is a set of tests containing UN questions for the last five years about science learning given to students with the aim of obtaining information about students' basic thinking levels while measuring reflective thinking skills using a questionnaire that has been validated by experts. Students of SMP N 30 Sigi have very low basic thinking skills. The highest correct answer is 21 questions and the lowest correct answer is 7 questions. A total of 42 students as a whole had a reflective thinking stage for habitual action, 29 of which were transitions between habitual action and understanding, 11 of which were transitioning to habitual action, understanding, and reflective, and only 2 of them reached the critical thinking stage. Students 'reflective thinking skills are directly proportional to students' basic thinking skills. The higher the students 'reflective thinking stages, the better the students' basic thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of tax extensification and intensification on personal income tax. The sample in this study is 36 tax authorities who work at Primary Tax Office of Luwuk. The method used to determine the number of samples is the purposive sampling. The research method is survey research. Data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that extensification has no positive effect on personal income tax, while tax intensification has positive effect on personal income tax.

Abstract

Basic Emergency (PONED) in Improving the Quality of Services at the Capable Poned Health Centre in Payakumbuh City. The research was conducted at the Capable PONED Community Health Centre, Payakumbuh City. There were 12 informants in this research, consisting of the Head of the PONED Community Health Centre (Ibuh and Lampasi), the PONED Doctor (Ibuh and Lampasi), the PONED Midwife (Ibuh and Lampasi), the PONED Nurse (Ibuh and Lampasi), the Regional Guidance Midwife (Ibuh Dan Lampasi), and PONED Patients at the PONED Health Centre (Ibuh and Lampasi). This research uses interview and observation data analysis techniques where there are three lines of data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that overall, the Payakumbuh City PONED Capable Community Health Centre has faced various challenges and taken steps to improve the quality of PONED services. Continuous efforts are needed to ensure that all service standards and needs are met optimally for the welfare of obstetric and neonatal patients. Keywords: Implementation System, PONED, Service Quality, Payakumbuh Community
