Abstract

Sigarang-garang village is one of the hardest hit villages by the eruption of Mount Sinabung, in Karo district, North Sumatra province. Almost fourteen years ago (2010-now 2024), a torrent of volcanic ash and hot lava enveloped Sigarang-garang village, leaving it in ruins. Sigarang-garang village is one of the red zone areas, meaning it is still a dangerous area to live in. Sigarang-Garang is a village location that has a suitable climate for agricultural land, especially vegetable crops which are the village commodity. The natural beauty around the village near the tourist spot of Lake Lau Kawar is a community group development program in areas affected by natural disasters. Lava eruptions accompanied by large stone spew (batu mbelin) also have economic value that can improve the village economy. One of the village programs being designed is to improve the condition of the village, such as rearranging village infrastructure, population settlements, remapping agricultural land and other things to restore the wheels of life in Sigarang-garang Village. The model for assisting community groups in Sigarang-garang Village, Naman Teran District in managing the environment and biodiversity as local natural resources is to create a village creative economy. The strategies carried out include contributing knowledge about the creative economy in Sigarang-garang Village, Naman Teran District. Empowering the community in Sigarang-garang Village, Naman Teran District in utilizing the environment and biodiversity to create a creative economy. This program is continued by developing the natural potential in Sigarang-garang Village, Naman Teran District as an asset in creating a creative economy.

Abstract

Dian Bersinar Foundation Medan is a non-profit (independent) foundation in advancing education through the provision of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) for children on the outskirts of the railroad tracks. the end of the learning program is carried out officially in an academic event in the form of graduation activities. The purpose of Community Service at the Mandiri Bina Prestasi Polytechnic in the graduation of the Dian Bersinar Foundation Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Medan is to provide services to the community that support the implementation of general government tasks through the provision of packages in the form of bags and several books as wellstationary.This assistance is expected to be an encouragement for PAUD students to continue their education to elementary school. This package was handed over to 12 early childhood children in the presence of the Dian Bersinar Foundation, Medan, the Mandiri Bina Prestasi Polytechnic Team (three lecturers and two students) and parents. The method used in this activity is the approach/persuasive method and observation. Based on observations before graduation, social workers are looking for donors to contribute to the graduation package. With the existence and active role of the Mandiri Bina Prestasi Polytechnic Medan, the graduation was carried out well and memorable because each child received a bag package. In the future, community service can be further developed in more tangible collaborations at the Dian Bersinar Foundation Medan, such as mentoring teaching and learning activities, training, and the arts.

Abstract

Salah satu fungsi pasar modal adalah mempertemukan emiten dengan investor dan calon investor. Harapan investor akan investasinya dapat dihasilkan capital gain atau pun dividen. Keberhasilan manajemen dalam mengelola perusahaan dengan memberikan return yang tinggi kepada pemegang saham akan memberikan informasi yang baik bagi pasar modal. Hal ini dapat meningkatkan posisi harga saham di pasar modal. Penelitian dilakukan di Bursa Efek Indonesia sub sektor perbankan periode 2018-2020. Jumlah populasi penelitian sebanyak 43 perusahaan, Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling, dengan mengambil sampel penelitian berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Jumlah sampel adalah 10 perusahaan dengan periode penelitian selama 3 tahun. Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah metode regresi sederhana dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan uji normalitas dan uji asumsi klasik, seperti auto korelasi dan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (Sig) sebesar 0,001. Nilai ini lebih kecil dari probabilitas 0,05, dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini berarti bahwa DPS berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Bahwa Dividen Per Share (DPS) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham.
