Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul “Penerapan Pendekatan Kontekstual Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas XI IA2 SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Baro Pada Materi Barisan dan Deret” ini mengangkat masalah apakah melalui penerapan pendekatan kontekstual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar, aktivitas siswa pada materi barisan dan deret, dan bagaimanakah tanggapan siswa terhadap penerapan pendekatan kontekstual pada materi barisan dan deret. Untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar, aktivitas siswa melalui penerapan pendekatan kontekstual pada materi barisan dan deret, dan untuk mengetahui tanggapan siswa terhadap penerapan pendekatan kontekstual pada materi barisan dan deret. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Setting penelitian terdiri dari tempat, waktu penelitian dan siklus PTK, yang menjadi subjek penelitian ialah siswa kelas XI IA2 yang berjumlah 29 siswa. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan pendekatan kontekstual tersebut dilakukan observasi terhadap keaktifan siswa dan tanggapan siswa dari angket. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan terhadap keaktifan siswa dan guru mencapai katagori baik berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Dari tes evaluasi awal diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas yaitu 45,0 dan ketuntasan kelas 0 %, pada hasil ulangan harian siklus pertama nilai rata-rata kelas mengalami peningkatan yaitu 70,20 dan ketuntasan kelas 46,67%, pada siklus kedua nilai rata-rata kelas 80,97 dan ketuntasan kelas 93,33%. Dari hasil angket tanggapan siswa diperoleh 91,91% siswa yang memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap penerapan pendekatan kontekstual. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan kontekstual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar, aktivitas belajar siswa dan tanggapan siswa sangat baik.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to test and analyze how much influence the application of the Group Investigation learning model has in Improving Student Activities and Learning Outcomes in Biological Diversity Subject Matters for Class X MIA 7 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Pekanbaru Odd Semesters Academic Year 2021/2022. This research was conducted using qualitative and quantitative methods based on the principles of the PAKEM method (active, creative and effective learning). The results of this study indicate that the activeness of students at the beginning of the cycle has not been seen significantly but entering the second cycle students become more active, motivated, more challenged. while student learning outcomes experienced a significant increase, namely at the beginning of the cycle the results of student evaluations obtained the value of student incompleteness reaching 57.6% while at the end of the cycle it had reached 16.7%. activeness and student learning outcomes have increased significantly. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of the Group Investigation learning model can significantly increase the activity and learning outcomes of students in class X MIA 7 MAN 2 Pekanbaru

Abstract

This class action research aims to improve the learning achievement of students in class IX.2 at MTs N 3 Pekanbaru City in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year through the implementation of the interactive lecture learning method with guided groups. The research was conducted with 4 stages of Kurt Lewin's PTK model consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research was conducted for 3 months from August to. October 2019 in 2 cycles, 1 cycle consisted of 2 meetings. To obtain valid data, data collection methods were carried out using triangulation techniques through observation, interviews, test instruments, and documentation. The main subject of the research was 35 students of class IX.2 supported by the teaching teacher, while the object of research was student learning achievement. The data analysis technique used descriptive quantitative analysis method. The indicators of the success of this study are seen from the results of the assessment of teachers and students which include: 1) The acquisition value of the observation of the teacher is at least 77, which is 80% of the total score of all assessment indicators; 2) Student learning achievement increases as seen from the number of student learning outcomes scores getting KKM ≥ 82 with a percentage of 85% of the total students in the class. The results of the study prove that the implementation of the interactive lecture learning method with guided groups is considered effective in improving student learning achievement, as evidenced by the value of the observation of the teacher has met the target provisions of the success indicator with the achievement of the final percentage value of 92%. This affects the overall increase in student learning achievement, and the acquisition of the final score of all students can reach the KKM, meaning that the research success indicator has been met with 100% student learning completeness
