Abstract

Tasks on language textbooks are essential for displaying materials, assisting students in using the language, and fostering critical and creative thinking. This study's objective is to examine the task in the English textbook, Modul Pembelajar SMP Terbuka Bahasa Inggris: Modul 1 Its English Time, as well as the various types of assignments it offers in the eighth grade List making (24%) ordering and sorting (24%) comparing (20%) problem solving (32%) and sharing personal experiences (0%) were the least common task types offered in Modul Pembelajar SMP Terbuka Bahasa Inggris: Modul 1 It's English Time for 8th Grade, according to Willis's (2000) task taxonomy. In this study, we employed a descriptive qualitative and content analytic design. The study is also quantitative in that we calculated and tabulated the frequency and percentage of each sort of activity. The findings of this study are expected to increase English teachers' awareness of various task kinds that are crucial to the learning process. For developers to improve and add more communicative challenges to the existing English Learning teaching resources.

Abstract

This research explores student resistance, teacher authority, and motivation growth among Generation Z learners through Van Dijk’s critical discourse analysis in the Japanese series Great Teacher Onizuka (GTO). Using a qualitative descriptive method, this study analyzes selected scenes from episodes 1 to 8, supported by relevant literature and online sources. Data were collected through observation, reading, and note-taking, and analyzed using data reduction, display, and conclusion techniques. The findings show that: (1) The text structure includes macrostructure elements such as themes of resistance and transformation, superstructure through the narrative plot, and microstructure in semantic (meaning, details), syntactic (sentence forms), and stylistic (tone, diction) aspects. (2) Social cognition reflects how both students and teachers construct meaning and interpret authority, empathy, and discipline. (3) Social context highlights how Generation Z’s educational values and behaviors, shaped by digital culture and a desire for autonomy, challenge traditional schooling systems. The series illustrates how emotional intelligence and alternative teaching approaches can help bridge generational gaps and reconstruct authority in a more humane and effective manner.

Abstract

Program Indonesia Sehat dengan Pendekatan Keluarga (PIS-PK) adalah Program prioritas Kementerian Kesehatan yang dilaksanakan oleh Puskesmas. Program Indonesia sehat merupakan salah satu sasaran yang ingin di capai dalam Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Panjang MenengahNasional (RPJMN) 2015-2019. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah meningkatkan derajat kesehatan dan status gizi masyarakat melalui upaya kesehatan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang di dukung dengan perlindungan finansial dan pemeratan pelyanan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untukmengetahui Implementasi Program Indonesia Sehat dengan Pendekatan Keluarga di Puskesmas Mulyaharja tahun 2018.Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Deskriptif Kualitatifyaitu penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa teks, naratif, kata- kata baik secara tertulis maupun lisan dari informan serta perilaku yang diamati. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dantelaah dokumen. Penelitian menggunakan alat perekam suara, kamera, kertas dan alat tulis untuk membantu proses wawancara.Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Implementasi Program Indonesiasehat dengan Pendekatan keluarga (PIS-PK) sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan konsep yang di telah di tetapkan oleh Puskesmas, Permenkes no 39 tahun 2016 berjalan dengan lancar. Simpulan dari peneliti masih ada kendala dalam memasukan data yang dilakukan Puskesmas Mulyaharja, jumlahSDM yang kurang memadai dan dalam pelaksanaan masih kurangnya sarana dan prasarana yang di butuhkan oleh surveyor. Disarankan sebaiknya Puskesmas mengadakan sarana dan prasarana sesuaidengan jumlah SDM yang tersedia untuk melaksanakan PIS-PK.
