Abstract

AbstractThe West Sumatra Earthquake on September 30, 2009, which also hit Padang City, caused most of the buildings to be severely and slightly damaged. This paper discusses the types of damage, repairs and reinforcement of residential houses in Mekar Melati Housing, Lubuk Minturun Sub-District, Padang City, West Sumatra. Data were collected using direct survey and assessment on both houses that have been severely damaged or slightly damaged. After the 2009 earthquake, the residential houses in the Mekar Melati housing complex in Lubuk Minturun, generally suffered severe damage and slight damage. The reason is that the building there is included in the category of very simple houses. Building materials used without slof, let alone walls that only use hollowbrick material, of which if the material is not plastered it will become brittle, resulting in the building easily collapsing.Keywords: Damage, earthquake, residential houses, repairs and reinforcement.AbstrakGempa Sumatera Barat pada 30 September 2009 yang turut melanda Kota Padang telah mengakibatkan sebagian besar bangunan mengalami rusak berat dan ringan. Makalah ini membahas jenis kerusakan, perbaikan dan perkuatan bangunan rumah warga di Perumahan Mekar Melati Kelurahan Lubuk Minturun Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan survei dan asesmen secara langsung, baik rumah yang mengalami rusak berat maupun rusak ringan. Pascagempa 2009 bangunan rumah warga di perumahan Mekar Melati Kelurahan Lubuk Minturun, umumnya banyak mengalami rusak berat dan juga rusak ringan. Penyebabnya adalah karena bangunan di sana termasuk kategori rumah yang sangat sederhana (RSS). Material bangunan yang digunakan tidak memakai slof, apalagi dinding yang hanya menggunakan  bahan hollowbrick, dimana bahan tersebut jika tidak diplaster maka akan menjadi rapuh sehingga mengakibatkan bangunan mudah runtuh.Kata kunci : Kerusakan, gempa bumi, perumahan, perbaikan dan perkuatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan metode sorogan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca kitab Matnul Ghayah wat Taqrib pada santri putra di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin Desa Sidoharjo, Kecamatan Jati Agung, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus untuk menganalisis penerapan metode sorogan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca kitab Matnul Ghayah wat Taqrib pada santri putra di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Lampung Selatan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian menekankan interaksi santri–ustaz, mekanisme penyetoran bacaan, serta respons santri terhadap sorogan. Keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik, sehingga temuan memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai efektivitas sorogan dalam pembelajaran kitab fikih klasik. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode sorogan dalam pembelajaran kitab Matnul Ghayah wat Taqrib di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin secara signifikan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran santri putra. Sorogan efektif dalam meningkatkan ketepatan membaca teks Arab gundul melalui interaksi individual dan korektif antara santri dan ustaz. Metode ini juga mendorong pemahaman makna lafaz dan kandungan fikih secara mendalam, serta memperkuat kedisiplinan dan tanggung jawab belajar santri melalui kewajiban penyetoran bacaan rutin. Dengan demikian, sorogan tidak hanya mempertahankan tradisi pesantren, tetapi juga relevan secara pedagogis modern, menjadi strategi holistik yang mengintegrasikan kemampuan linguistik, pemahaman fikih, dan pembentukan karakter belajar santri. Abstract

This study aims to construct a conceptual framework for Islamic Religious Education learning based on the Qur'an and Hadith in an integrative and contextual manner, emphasizing the interconnectedness of students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor dimensions in facing moral challenges in the contemporary era. This study uses a qualitative approach with a library research method to examine the foundations of the Qur'an and Hadith in Islamic Religious Education learning and their relevance to contemporary pedagogy. The primary data are verses of the Qur'an and Hadith, supported by relevant scientific literature. Data collection is carried out through documentation and systematic literature searches. Analysis uses content analysis with a thematic approach through the stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity is maintained through source triangulation and a hermeneutic approach to produce contextual and comprehensive meaning. The results of this study indicate that Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning based on the Qur'an and Hadith requires an integrative, contextual, and transformative paradigm reconstruction. Pedagogical principles such as wisdom, role models, dialogue, and habituation demonstrate that Islamic teachings are not merely normative but also methodological. The integration of the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains emphasizes the importance of holistic personality development. Furthermore, a shift from a textual to a contextual-reflective approach is necessary for more relevant and meaningful learning. Thus, Islamic Religious Education (PAI) has the potential to become an adaptive, humanistic educational model capable of shaping students' character holistically and sustainably.
