Abstract

This study aims to identify (1) character education planning in PAI learning; (2) implementation of character education in PAI learning; and (3) evaluation of character education in PAI learning. This research is a qualitative research with the type of case study. The research subjects wereprincipals, waka curriculum, teachers, and students. Determination of the subject is done using a purposive technique by selecting a number of respondents who are adjusted to the purpose of this study. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique refers to the data analysis steps proposed by Mills and Heberman with an interactive model. The results of the study indicate that (1) in the planning process by compiling teaching modules before carrying out learning activities in the classroom, in which there are learning outcomes, it is hoped that students will be able to understand and realize what they are learning and want to practice it in their daily activities. day; (2) in its implementation by integrating existing character values ​​into all PAI materials; and (3) the evaluation is carried out in two stages, first by means of tests used to determine the extent of cognitive abilities, while the second in non-test evaluations can be assessed from the daily lives of students in participating in learning. Whether the student is active or not during the discussion. This research is expected to contribute to PAI teachers at SMK Al-Mahrusiyah Ngampel Kediri City as an actualization of the internalization of character values ​​through school culture.

Abstract

Membaca Al-qur’an merupakan salah satu cara untuk mendekatkan diri dengan Al-Kholiq. Namun, Keberadaan banyak anak bahkan yeng lebih memperihatinkan ada juga sampai dewasa yang belum mampu membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar, tanpa menggunakan hukum tajwid, biasanya para kiyai mengatakan ASMUNI (Asal Bunyi) , dan ini menjadi suatu tantangan besar bagi penulis. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai factor, seperti kurangnya motivasi, kurangnya keterampilan baca, dan kurangnya pemahaman tentang ilmu tajwid. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, diperlukan pendekatan yang lebih efektif dalam mengajar dan membina anak dalam membaca Al-Qur;an dengan baik dan benar. Salah satu cara mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan kajian dan pelatihan hukum bacaan tajwid di mushola. Dan penulis menulis Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah anak-anak dalam membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an sesuai dengan kaidah tajwid. Keterampilan membaca Al-Qur’an yang baik dan benar merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam agama Islam, sehingga pelatihan ini dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang kaidah tajwid serta melatih peserta agar dapat mengaplikasikannya dengan tepat.

Abstract

A letter is a communication tool used to convey written information from one party to another. The management of the administrative section, especially correspondence, is very important for an organization. The main objective of this research is to examine the issues of letter management and the handling provided at the Subang Education and Culture Office. This research uses a qualitative approach, which aims to thoroughly understand how each stage of the process (such as document creation, management, and archiving) is carried out in the Subang Education and Culture Office. in managing correspondence, the process is quite systematic, although there are still some obstacles that need to be addressed to improve efficiency. The conclusion of this research is that the management of correspondence at the Education and Culture Office of Subang Regency has been carried out in a structured manner, covering the processes of recording, disposition, distribution, and archiving, both for incoming and outgoing letters. Despite some obstacles, the management of correspondence at the Education and Culture Office of Subang Regency is conducted in an organized structure.
