Abstract

PT AGP is a company engaged in the automotive industry. In its activities, PT AGP applies the kaizen culture as a corporate culture which includes all activities in the company. The purpose of this study is to describe the process of implementing kaizen culture at PT AGP. This study also illustrates the application of Kaizen by PT AGP related to the implementation of the main concepts of kaizen, the main system of kaizen, and gemba kaizen. The research method used in the study used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection methods used were interviews with triangulation conducted to 5 participants, direct observation, and documentation. The analytical method used in this study is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions / verification and data analysis. The results of this study are the application of Kaizen to enrichment to form the mindset of employees related to kaizen. The application of kaizen culture increases the rate of productivity and increases in the perceived benefits of the company. Kaizen activity was introduced as a whole company culture. The application of kaizen activity encourages employee aspirations in improving their performance and contribution to the improvement of the company. 2. The company adopts all components of kaizen culture that have been established by the parent company. Cultural adaptation occurs when employee contributions start to form a kaizen work culture that is more adaptive to reforms that occur in the company. Employee contributions contribute to continuous improvement, improve quality, reduce costs, and shorten delivery time.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of implementation of ISO 26000 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Business performance of automotive industries located in West Java. Research respondents were staff and management of 5 automotive companies consist of 212 people and the method of data collection use electronic questionnaires by snowball sampling to all respondents. This study use a quantative method and analysis tools in this study is SEM (Structural Equation Model) with the LISREL program version 8.70. The results showed that the ISO 26000 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) had a posutive and significant effect on business performance This research novelty is essential as it outlines a strategic model that could be adapted and adopted by other industries in Indonesia or in other regions in improving their business performance by implement ISO 26000 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in their companies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan lingkungan kerja, motivasi, kompetensi dan kinerja pegawai. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai sebanyak 243 orang. Sampel sebanyak 243 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan jenis non-probability sampling Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja dalam kategori cukup baik, motivasi kerja, kompetensi dan kinerja karyawan dalam kategori baik. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Komunikasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan yang paling dominan terhadap semangat kerja pegawai, oleh karena itu perlu adanya peningkatan pada komunikasi agar semangat kerja juga dapat meningkat. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan dengan cara penggunaan bahasa yang tepat konteksnya dengan suasana dan keadaan karena dan juga perlu perbaikan pada peggunaan alur bahasa yang baik, tidak berbelit- belit. Selain komunikasi, lingkungan kerja dan fasilitas kerja juga perlu untuk ditingkatkan karena juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap semangat kerja pegawai Upaya yang dapat dilakukan berkaitan dengan lingkungan kerja adalah lebih menjalin hubungan yang lebih baik lagi atasan dengan bawahannya dan kerjasama dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan berkaitan dengan fasilitas kerja adalah perbaikan pada mesin pendingin ruangan dan mesin absensi agar dapat berfungsi lebih baik.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between transformational leadership style and organizational citizenship behavior in employees. This research is correlational research with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is employees. Participants in this research used the entire population, namely 435 employees. The research instrument uses a transformational leadership scale and an organizational citizenship behavior scale which is prepared using a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using the Product Moment correlation technique. The research results show that there is a significant positive relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, or it can be concluded that the higher the transformational leadership, the higher the organizational citizenship behavior and conversely the lower the transformational leadership, the lower the organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of product quality, price perception, and brand image on purchases. The dependent and independent variables in this research are product quality, price perception, and brand image. Descriptive and quantitative methods were used in this research. The use of non-probability and purposeful sampling was used in this study. There were 87 participants in this study who had purchased the product. The SmartPLS test was used in this investigation. Based on the findings, 1) Purchasing decisions are influenced by the quality of a product. 2) When it comes to making purchases, price perception plays a role. 3) Purchasing decisions are influenced by the image of a brand.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the determinants of customer satisfaction and their impact on marketing performance. The research method used is a quantitative research method. This research data uses primary data through questionnaires to 90 respondents. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling. The analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The research results show that partially digital marketing and price perception have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially, digital marketing and price perception and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance
