Abstract

Development of the strategy in the health care system cannot be done without granting special attention over humanresources. These are an important component in any system and influences the evolution and actual situations by theirsubjective dimensioning. HR management should actively participate in drafting the strategy, having in consideration therelatively long time stamp of the strategy. This participation is determined by the time needed to ensure appropriate andadjustable human resources to the strategy considered. The activities specific to the planning, organization, coordination,training and evaluating human resources are expensive activities which impose a special attention, particularly because it affectsdirectly the achievement of the proposed objectives.

Abstract

This paper was done to highlight the trends in human resource management in health care system .In this paper weanalyze human resources management in health system in several European countries , we also analyze the trends in HumanResources management in the health system in European Union. Based on this analysis we have built an extrapolation inEuropean level, in perspective of standardization and improvement of social systems in different European countries. This paperaims to support HRM strategies in health sector and to assist the decisions of preparation, training and specialization ofdoctors.

Abstract

The purpose of this review is to study the way of financing of the Romanian and Greek health system .For that purpose we aredoing a general reference to the way of financing of health systems, and then a reference on ways of funding of Health Care systemin Greece and Romania. The concept of financing can be identified as the need to find resources and sharing them. In the case of healthsystems, the concept includes the origin of sources, methods of financing, the management of sources and finally the criteria of theirallocation. The scope of this paper is to analyze the way of financing of both health systems.

Abstract

This paper intents to make a SWOT analysis of the Greek health care system. SWOT analysis is a key component in thestrategic planning of the Greek health system. Scope of this analysis is to evaluate the impact of internal and external factors on theGreek health care system. Internal processes and recourses are considered strengths and weaknesses and external factors areconsidered opportunities and threats. By using this analysis we will evaluate the current status of the Greek NHS (national healthcaresystem) and we will identify future prospects.
