Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of self-motivation to diabetes mellitus (DM) management with blood sugar levels of DM type ii clients in Outpatient Polyclinic Installation in Dr. Doris Sylvanus Hospital Palangka Raya. The research uses descriptive correlational with cross sectional research design. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The respondents of this study were 40 people. Data collection using a questionnaire and recording the value of blood sugar from the results of laboratory tests in the client report status. Statistical tests use the Chi-Square test. The results of statistical analysis revealed that self-motivation on clients was in the unfavorable category of 32 people (80%), blood sugar levels were in the high category of 26 people (65%) with a p-value of 0.001 (p <0.05). There is a significant relationship between self-motivation to DM management with blood sugar levels of DM type II clients in the Outpatient Polyclinic Installation of Dr. Doris Sylvanus Hospital Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Pemilihan topik atau pentingnya topik pengabdian masyarakat Saat ini fenomena yang terjadi dimasyaraka Hipertensi tercantum sebagai permasalahan penyakit yang mendunia. Hipertensi juga tercatatsebagai penyakit yang berkaitan dengan kardiovaskularyang sering menyerang masyarakat di seluruhdunia. Dalam rentang waktu dua menit perempuan mampu meninggal karena adanya komplikasi dalamkeadaan hamil dan memberikan kesempatan kecil untuk bayinya bertahan hidup yakni di angka 2 dari 3orang di negara. Angka kematian ibu (AKI) yang ada di Indonesia berada di angka 200 dari 100.000 angkakelairan. Untuk Mengetahui Upaya Pencegahan Hipertensi yang dialami Ibu Hamil di Wilayah kotaPalangka Raya Digunakan satu mesin pencarian artikel yaitu Google Scholar. Hasil Penelitian : Hasilpenelitian upaya pencegahan hipertensi pada ibu hamil 45,9%). Berdasarkan umur 8 (13,1%).Berdasarkan pendidikan yang tertinggi berada pada perguruan tinggi (37,7%). Berdasarkan gravidadengan kejadian primigravida (40,9%). Faktor keturunan yang mempunyai riwayat hipertensi (32,7%).Tempat pemeriksaan kehamilan yang sering dikunjungi yang terbanyak berada pada wilayah puskesmasdi Palangka Raya (55,7%). Pada penelitian ini upaya pencegahan hipertensi pada ibu hamil masihbelum optimal dalam melakukan pencegahan hipertensi.

Abstract

HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) and AIDS (Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrome) is one of the sexually transmitted diseases that attack the immune system of sufferers and can lead to death. This study uses the correlation with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used in the study simple random sampling. Results:the results of the study showed respondents aged between 15-18 years old with 43 people sex men (53,1%), the female gender as much as 38 respondents (46.9%). The religiosity of young students the most in both categories as many as 53 respondents (65,4%) and attitude in the prevention of HIV/AIDS infection in the positive category as much as 64 respondents (79,0%). Based on the analysis provided by kendall's Tau (?) there is a meaningful relationship between religiosity and attitudes in the prevention of HIV infection/AIDS with the result p= 0.000 which means ? value <0.05. Based on these results it can be concluded there is a relationship between Religiosity with Attitudes of Adolescents In Prevention of HIV/AIDS Infection in Class XI SMAN 3 Palangka Raya.
