Abstract

Di dunia ini, banyak orang kaya dan hidup berkecukupan. Tetapi, banyak juga diantara mereka yang tidak merasakan kebahagiaan yang didambakan. Banyak pengusaha kaya raya tetapi kehidupannya selalu diliputi dengan kegelisahan dan kecemasan karena memikirkan harta benda yang dimiliki. Mereka kawatir kekayaan yang dimiliki dirampas dan diambil seseorang yang tidak diinginkan. Mereka selalu berfikir “bagaimana cara untuk menyimpan kekayaan yang dimiliki agar tidak diambil oleh orang lain dan tidak hilang” inilah pertanyaan yang selalu muncul dalam pikiran orang-orang yang kaya tersebut, tak ada hal lain Banyak manusia di dunia ini yang menggunakan segala cara untuk mendapatkan apa yang diinginkan dan di cita-citakan, dan setelah mendapatkan kekayaan dan kemasyuran, banyak orang kaya dan berkecukupan menggunakan harta kekayaannya dengan cara yang tidak benar dan membawa dampak yang negatif bagi lingkungan masyarakat yang ada disekitarnya seperti: membangun tempat-tempat hiburan seperti diskotik, cafe, tempat perjudian dan tempat-tempat hiburan lain yang tidak seharusnya untuk dibangun dan dilestarikan. Kebahagiaan merupakan cita-cita dari semua orang dan untuk mendapatkannya diperlukan perjuangan. Kebahagiaan ini hendaknya diperoleh dengan tidak menyakiti atau merugikan makhluk lain.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a planned and structured marketing procedure that will be carried out to achieve company goals. As a company develops, company competition cannot be avoided, especially in the banking world. To implement the right and best marketing strategy, one way is for the company to look at the service quality and value of the services provided to consumers. This is important because marketing is carried out in order to fulfill consumers' needs and desires for a product/service. Marketing can also be done in order to face competitors who are increasing over time. Professional marketing management is needed to meet the needs and desires of customers. Banking marketing strategies must be adapted to the bank's external and internal environmental conditions, as well as the bank's resources and capabilities. Therefore, there are several points in the marketing strategy at this bank that can be explained, namely product strategy, price strategy, location and layout strategy, promotion strategy.

Abstract

Women's leadership is still a pro and a con in the public sphere. Even though they have become leaders, women's ability to lead is still underestimated. In relation to school culture, principals who are successful in advancing the school are seen from their ability to develop a conducive organizational culture. A conducive organizational culture influences student achievement. So, it can lead to achieving the school's vision, mission and goals. The inhibiting factors that influence the leadership of female school principals are: 1) the domestic role of women, 2) gender stereotypes, 3) physical barriers, and 4) patriarchal culture, which are cultural factors that are deeply rooted and ingrained in the culture of our society. In society, culture still considers that domestic affairs are women's territory. So even though women work outside and are principals, women still have to carry out their responsibilities in the household, such as cooking, washing and as mothers and wives. This is what ultimately makes women who work end up having multiple roles that are heavier than men's responsibilities.
