Abstract

Abstract—Indonesia is the maritime country which has thousands of islands and contains biodiversity those leave on sea. Within many resources on sea, Indonesian people could be live on good situations. But in facts Indonesian fishermen still live in poverty. The main causes is the low level of education therefor they are be unaware of the technologies and new knowledge. With developing of the Knowledge Management System is expected to the fisherman is able to used Knowledge Sharing for each Fisherman it self. However, to obtain maximum results, the fisherman data are collect in Cilincing, Jakarta. This KMS is developing by using Wiki concept, built using the concept of WiKI and data processing by observation and interview directly to fisherman Camp. Intisari— Indonesia adalah sebuah Negara maritime yang memiliki beribu-ribu pulau dan kandungan beraneka ragam sumber daya laut. Dengan kekayaan alam yang begitu banyak, harusnya penduduk Indonesia bisa hidup berkecukupan. Tapi pada kenyataanya, nelayan Indonesia masih hidup dibawah garis kmiskinan. Penyebab utamanya adalah tingkat pendidikan yang rendah yang menyebabkan mereka sulit menggunaan teknologi dan mencerna pengetahuan yang baru. Dengan membangun Knowledge Management System (KMS) diharapkan para nelayan dapat menggunakan knowledge sharing untuk membagikan pengetahuan kepada nelayan lainnya. Agar dapat menghasilkan KMS yang tepat sasaran untuk nelayan, daerah yang diteliti adalah daerah kampong nelaya di Cilincing. KMS ini dibangun dengan menggunakan WIKI sebagai perangkat pendukung, serta melakukan observasi dan wawancara dikampung nelayan. Kata Kunci :  Fisherman, Knowledge Management System, Wiki, Cilincing.

Abstract

One of the efforts in improving the quality of human resources is to measure the performance of a teacher through a teacher selection. One of the information systems needed is a decision support system for selecting the best teacher. This is needed because the Principal and the Curriculum Section in the process of assessing teacher performance and determining the results of the best teacher selection decisions still use manual methods and do not have a decision support system and there is no appropriate method in selecting the best teachers. This research aims to create a decision support system with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, and create a MySQL database to store all data. The selection of the best teacher is determined by summing up the results of the assessment of existing criteria with predetermined weight. The results will be ranked according to the calculations in the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. By applying the basic additive weighting method, design systems support principals and the curriculum department in identifying the most effective teachers based on measurable, objective performance indicators.
