Abstract

ABSTRAKEmesis gravidarum adalah mual dan muntah yang dialami ibu pada masa kehamilan. Status gizi ibu yang buruk selama hamil berkaitan dengan kejadian berat badan lahir rendah, kematian ibu, dan perinatal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan emesis gravidarum sebelum dan setelah terapi akupresur pada titik PC 6 (Neiguan). Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan rancangan pra eksperimental the one group pretest-posttest design. Total responden 28 orang dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data primer diperoleh dari hasil kuisioner PUQE-24 dan data dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil median pretest 2.00 dan median posttest 1.00, Wilcoxon test dengan nilai Asymp. Sig 0,00. Terdapat perbedaan emesis gravidarum sebelum dan setelah terapi akupresur pada titik PC 6 (Neiguan). Terapi akupresur pada titik PC 6 (Neiguan) dapat menurunkan emesis gravidarum pada ibu hamil trimester pertama. Rekomendasi agar peneliti selanjutnya melakukan uji multivariat terhadap faktor predisposisi sehingga mendapatkan gambaran hasil yang lebih detail terkait faktor yang dapat meringankan atau memperburuk nilai dari variabel terikat.Kata kunci: Akupresur; Emesis Gravidarum; PUQE-24

Abstract

Vocational Education is essential for the preparation of students into the workforce. Soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, and problem solving, are key to success in the work environment. Collaborative learning, which involves students actively cooperating, proves effective in developing skills. The study aims to explore the concepts of collaborative learning and the role of student cooperation in improving soft skills in Vocational Education. This research uses the study method of literature. Reviews are conducted on relevant scientific articles, books, and journals on collaborative learning in Vocational Education. The results of the study showed that collaborative learning significantly enhances communication skills, teamwork, and problem solving students. In addition, this approach also strengthens the interpersonal skills that are essential in professional and personal life. These findings provide important insights for the development of more holistic Vocational Education. Its focus includes technical skills and development of soft skills that are important in the workforce.
