Abstract

The study aims to analyze checklists verifying initial review of the compensation system, as prayer one factor to review giving motivation on employees, because in stock company employees are praying one kalbe that paled productive. For the data collected by research using descriptive method. The data collected Used study is documentation, observation and questionnaires and using the help of SPSS 22.0 for review of test Validation and Reliability. Research results show that the findings of the two variable regression testing between Salaries and organizational culture as well as significant influence on employee motivation. As well as very important ritual activity in socialize and internalization of cultural values.

Abstract

SWOT analysis is the popular method to evaluate corpoarate business. PT Raja Rasa Alami (Shiny Tea) is engaged in food and baverage products that are marketed is a kind of buble tea.  During  the process of distributing the product the company experiences various obstacles, one of which is product branding that is not yet known to the public.  Due to the unpopular brand awernes problem, this study aims to: (1) To determine the value of the company's internal factors, the highest value of strength, and the weaknesses of the company. (2) To find out the value of the company's external factors, the greatest opportunities, and the smallest opportunities that the company has. (3) To find out the current condition of the company. (4) To find out what marketing strategies are right for the company to use. Qualitative methods and includes explorative descriptive research with the expose facto approach is the suitable method to describe the situation of the phenomena. The unit obsertvations are employees of the companya and buble tea consumers.  The results showed that the companies have better strengths than weaknesses, but companies have a higher threat of opportunity. The position of the company is currently in a position of business growth, but the employee is not ready to enter into competitiveness. And there is no regular review on capacity planning optimalization the impat to the distribution strategy.

Abstract

Insentif sebagai alat motivasi yang mendorong pegawai untuk bekerja dengan kemampuan yang optimal. Insentif merupakan faktor pendorong bagi karyawan untuk bekerja lebih baik guna meningkatkan produktivitas kinerja. Pemberian insentif dimaksudkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pegawai. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Dari hasil Persamaan Linier Sederhana Variabel Independen Insentif (X) berpengaruh negatif terhadap variabel dependen Produktivitas Kerja (Y). Dengan demikian hipotesis bahwa variabel insentif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja divisi PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk Di Jakarta.

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja sendiri dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, di antaranya adalah stress kerja dan motivasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi pengaruh stress kerja dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Stress kerja merupakan suatu kondisi yang mempengaruhi emosi, proses berfikir serta kondisi seseorang sehingga dapat menurunkan kepuasan seseorang akan pekerjaannya. Sedangkan motivasi sebagai kesediaan untuk mengeluarkan tingkat upaya yang tinggi ke arah tujuan organisasi, yang dikondisikan oleh kemampuan upaya itu untuk memenuhi suatu kebutuhan individual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja sebagai di CV. Citra Abadi Kelapa Gading Jakarta Utara. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan CV. Citra Abadi Kelapa Gading Jakarta Utara yang berjumlah 70 responden dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil uji penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja.
