Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Effect of career development on employee work satisfaction PT. E-Tirta Medical Center, (2) The influence of work environment on employee work satisfaction of PT. E-Tirta Medical Center, (3) Influence of career development and work environment to job satisfaction of PT. E-Tirta Medical Center. The type of research used is survey. Population in this research is employees of PT. E-Tirta Medical Center. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method with the number of samples of 100 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Variable career development have a positive effect on employee work satisfaction PT E-Tirta Medical Center. This is evidenced from the tcount of 2.864 with a significance value of <0.05, and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.224; (2) Work environment variable positive influence on employee job satisfaction at PT. E-Tirta Medical Center. This can be proved from the tcount of 2,864, with significance value of <0.05, and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.869; (3) Variable of career development and work environment influence simultaneously to job satisfaction of employees at PT. E-Tirta Medical Center. This can be proved from the value of Fhitung of 59.382 while Ftable for n = 64 of 3.14, with significance <0.05.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the level of user satisfaction of FINA application system (Financial & Accounting Software) in PT Dagsap Endura Eatore. The motivation of this research are: (1) Considering there are some user complaints regarding this application and (2) there has never been related research applications and users from 2007. As well as getting feedback from the users of the application of FINA. Research includes dimensions of quality: Quality of Work Life Satisfaction, Content, Accuracy, Shape, Ease of Use, Timeliness, Flexible, completeness, system integration and speed of response. In the collection of data, the writer used a questionnaire addressed to the user FINA PT Dagsap Endura Eatore located at Head Office and Sentul Office. Data collection should be conducted by the census, where all users of FINA in PT Dagsap Endura Eatore investigated and be used as an object. This study using metods IKP by comparing the level of performance by the level of importance and used diagrams kartesius use some hel SPSS program to test the Validity and Reliability and make a diagram cartesius. The results showed that application users FINA PT Dagsap Endura Eatore satisfied with the performance of the application. Factors that stands out is of the appearance of the report that can be modified (99 %). However there are several factors that go into quadrant A that needs to be evaluated and improvements in coordination between the user, the company and the support team FINA.

Abstract

Atribut personal yang dimiliki calon Presiden seperti kapabilitas, kepribadian, visi dan misi serta rekam jejak merupakan faktor utama yang dipertimbangkan dalam memilih Presiden. Pendekatan “Sosok” dapat diinteprestasikan sebagai jenis aura yang disukai oleh publik. Dalam penelitian akan menganalisis brand essence apa yang dominan disukai publik di Indonesia, sehingga SBY dan Jokowi dalam memenangkan Pilpres 2004-2019. Selain itu juga akan dianalisa tahapan brand Jokowi menjadi brand yang kuat di pilpres. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan penelitian yuridis normatif, yang bersifat kualitatif. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, yaitu menganalisis secara mendalam dan holistik, yaitu dari segala segi (komprehensif). Pengumpulan data dalam metode penelitian ini melalui studi kepustakaan, dengan mengkaji, mempelajari, membaca literatur, buku-buku hukum, jurnal, artikel, majalah hukum, peraturan perundang-undangan yang terkait dan berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan SBY dan Jokowi menggunakan brand essence archetype innocent dengan kombinasi berbeda. Jokowi melalui tahapan brand essece, brand consumption, brand stability dan brand ambassador untuk menjadi brand aura yang kuat dalam memenangkan Pilpres

Abstract

Pendahuluan : PT Dagsap Endura Eatore sebelumnya menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan aplikasi akuntasi Myob sebagai alat pendukung kegiatan operasional perusahaan beralih menggunakan sistem informasi komputer akuntasi bernama FINA (Financial & Accounting Software). Tujuan :  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengguna sistem aplikasi FINA (Financial &Accounting Software) di PT Dagsap Endura Eatore. Motivasi penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mengingat ada beberapa keluhan pengguna mengenai aplikasi ini dan (2) tidak pernah ada aplikasi penelitian dan pengguna terkait dari tahun 2007. Serta mendapatkan feedback dari pengguna aplikasi FINA. Penelitian mencakup dimensi kualitas: Kualitas Kepuasan Hidup Kerja, Konten, Akurasi, Bentuk, Kemudahan Penggunaan, Ketepatan Waktu, Fleksibel, kelengkapan, integrasi sistem dan kecepatan respons. Metode : Dalam pengumpulan data tersebut, penulis menggunakan kuesioner yang ditujukan kepada pengguna FINA PT Dagsap Endura Eatore yang berlokasi di Kantor Pusat dan Kantor Sentul. Pendataan harus dilakukan sensus, di mana seluruh pengguna FINA di PT Dagsap Endura Eatore melakukan investigasi dan dijadikan objek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodS IKP dengan membandingkan tingkat kinerja dengan tingkat kepentingan dan menggunakan diagram kartesius menggunakan beberapa program SPSS hel untuk menguji Validitas dan Keandalan dan membuat diagram cartesius. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengguna aplikasi FINA PT Dagsap Endura Eatore puas dengan kinerja aplikasi tersebut. Faktor-faktor yang menonjol adalah munculnya laporan yang dapat dimodifikasi (99%). Namun ada beberapa faktor yang masuk ke kuadran A yang perlu dievaluasi dan perbaikan koordinasi antara pengguna, perusahaan dan tim pendukung FINA. Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan di PT Dagsap Endura Eatore menunjukan para pengguna aplikasi FINA merasa puas dengan jasa yang diberikan software akuntansi tersebut.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) di perusahaan perlu dikelola secara profesional guna mewujudkan keseimbangan antara kebutuhan karyawan dengan tuntutan dan kemampuan organisasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Evi Asia Tenggara, PT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan penentuan sampel dengan sampel jenuh, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 responden. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap lingkungan kerja dengan nilai sig dengan tingkat signifikan di dapat 0,000.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions are fundamental to determining actions in purchasing a product, because it relates to consumer behavior at the stage before the purchase of a product. This is important because it relates to consumer decisions in determining which product to choose to make a purchase of the product. The existence of purchasing decisions is influenced by several factors including Marketing & price. and knowing the effect of price and promotion services marketing strategy simultaneously on the purchasing decisions of Chatime products. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Then the results of this research can be concluded that.This means that purchasing decisions will increase if there are prices and promotions, and it is concluded that prices and promotions can influence purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the research conducted and the discussion that the author has described, it can be concluded that the Price and Promotion Variables affect the Purchase Decision Variable.
