Abstract

On the Share Price of the company LQ45 either partially or simultaneously in the last 11 (eleven) years from 2009-2019. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) in the LQ45 Company, to determine the development of the LQ45 Company's stock price and to determine the effect of ROA and ROE on PER and their implications. The research conducted by the author is descriptive quantitative, namely achieving a discussion of the problems faced by the company on the company's performance in terms of finance. To determine whether or not there is an influence between ROA and ROE on PER and its implications for the LQ45 company's stock price, panel data regression analysis and hypothesis testing regarding the relationship are partially and simultaneously.  The results of this study indicate that the partial test results ROA has no significant effect on PER, and ROE has a negative and significant impact on PER. Simultaneous test results show that ROA and ROE positively and significantly impact PER. The following test results also show that PER has a positive and significant impact on the stock price of LQ45 companies for the 2009-2019 period

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Pengalaman Auditor, Integritas dan Akuntabilitas terhadap Kualitas Audit dengan Etika Auditor sebagai Variabel Moderating pada Inspektorat Utama Kementerian Riset dan Teknologi/Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner. Penelitian kuantitatif adalah penelitian yang menggunakan data-data dan angka-angka yang telah diperoleh dari sumber data lalu hasil temuan dideskripsikan secara sistematik, faktual dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta dan sifat-sifat suatu objek sehingga mendapatkan suatu gambaran yang jelas dari temuan penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan responden berjumlah 49 (empat puluh sembilan) orang auditor dengan kriteria tertentu yang bekerja di lingkungan Inspektorat Utama Kementerian Riset dan Teknologi/Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional. Data dianalisis menggunakan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dan diolah dengan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa integritas dan akuntabilitas berpengaruh signifikan pada kualitas audit. Sementara pengalaman auditor tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada kualitas audit.  Etika auditor mampu memoderasi dengan memperkuat pengalaman auditor, integritas dan akuntabilitas pada kualitas audit.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how much influence work discipline and the physical work environment have on employee performance at the South Tangerang City Environmental Service. The method in this research uses quantitative methods with a purposive sampling technique totaling 75 respondents. Data analysis techniques use data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination. Hypothesis testing in this study used the t test and F test. Based on the research results, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 0.396, meaning that employee performance is influenced by work discipline and the physical work environment by 39.6% and the remaining 60. .4% is influenced by other factors. This has been proven by the t test, the calculated t value > t table or (3.007 > 1.993) is confirmed by the p value < sig 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05) thus H01 is accepted and Ha1 is rejected, this is shows that there is a significant influence between discipline on employee performance. The results of this research show that there is a positive influence between work discipline variables and the physical work environment simultaneously, where the multiple linear regression equation Y = 13.441 + 0.312X1 + 0.390X2 means a positive effect. This is proven by the results of the F test hypothesis test which obtained the calculated F value > F table or (23.599 > 3.124). This is reinforced by the p value Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05), which means that it can be concluded that the variables of work discipline and physical work environment have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect Current Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio on Return On Assets and its implications for Share Prices at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk for the 2013 - 2032 period. The population and sample in this study used the Financial Report of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk from 2013 to 2023. The research method used was a quantitative descriptive method. The data used is secondary data. The analytical methods used are descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The results obtained, the Current Ratio has not significant effect on Return On Assets. The Debt To Equity Ratio has a significant negative effect on Return On Assets. Third, simultaneously the Current Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio have an effect but not significant on Return On Assets. Fourth, Return On Assets has a significant effect on Stock Prices.

Abstract

and work discipline on employee performance at PT Usaha Terpadu UHAMKA South Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach with a saturated sample of 88 respondents. The results of this study indicate that X1 (motivation) has a positive but insignificant effect on Y (performance) with a t count of 0.769 <t table. 1.98827. X2 (work discipline) has a positive and significant effect on Y (Performance) with a t count of 10.751> t table 1.98827. X1 (motivation) and X2 (discipline) have a positive and significant effect on y (performance) with an F count of 104.757> F table 3.10. Both variables have a determination strength of 70.5% and the rest is influenced by other variables that are not studied.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi Laporan Keuangan pada Mayarakat Parung, yang diwakili oleh Warga RW.04 Parung, Bogor. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah berdiskusi bersama kepada para Warga RW.04 Parung Kabupaten Bogor, sehingga dapat memberikan solusi yang tepat dalam permasalahan tersebut. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan bahwa sebelum pelaksanaan PKM, para peserta masih kurang menguasai pengelolaan Laporan Keuangan, namun setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan peserta kegiatan PKM ini sudah dapat dapat melakukan pengelolaan laporan keuangan.

Abstract

Tingkat literasi keuangan di Indonesia masih relatif rendah, terutama di kalangan masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan keputusan keuangan yang kurang tepat, seperti penggunaan kredit konsumtif, kesulitan dalam mengelola keuangan sehari-hari, hingga kurangnya pemahaman tentang pentingnya menabung atau investasi untuk masa depan. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah di Kelurahan Bedahan, Sawangan, Depok melalui serangkaian edukasi dan pelatihan praktis. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini meliputi penyuluhan, simulasi pengelolaan keuangan sederhana, serta pendampingan dalam pembuatan rencana keuangan pribadi. Hasil dari program ini tentunya dapat meningkatkan pemahaman warga tentang pentingnya literasi keuangan, membantu mereka dalam mengelola pendapatan secara lebih efektif, serta mendorong kebiasaan menabung dan investasi sebagai bagian dari perencanaan keuangan jangka panjang. Dengan begitu, warga dapat memanfaatkan sumber daya keuangan yang dimiliki secara optimal untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidup mereka. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh sekitar 30 warga yang berasal dari berbagai latar belakang pekerjaan, termasuk buruh, pedagang kecil, dan pekerja informal lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman keuangan sebesar 40% setelah mengikuti program ini, yang diukur melalui pre-test dan post-test.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to utilize Financial Technology, E-commerce, and HR development in an integrated manner to achieve economic growth in the Wana Griya Ciseeng Bogor Tourism Village. This research is an associative causal analysis that analyzes the concept of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable in describing an integrated analysis concept, so this type of research is included in the combined/mixed qualitative and quantitative research method with analysis techniques using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) concept using applications. Alpha-Sigma Calculator AHP. This research shows that in the integrated management concept, 3 main variables contribute to the development of the Wana Griya Tourism Village, Ciseeng Bogor. Financial Technology contributes 22.67%, E-commerce contributes 29.29%, and HR Development contributes 48.03% in the Integrated Management concept.
