Abstract

This research aims to discuss the development strategies of traditional minangkabau food which became pre-eminent in West Sumatra Province. Tours in the Minangkabau is known in three things namely culinary tour (traditional foods), nature tourism and cultural tourism. The technique of data collection through interviews and questionnaires as well as FGD. Data analysis was done with the analysis tools SWOT, EFAS, IFAD da QSPM. The object of the traditional food flagship developed is the beef rendang. The results of the analysis of internal factors obtained score 3.1 while external factor analysis of the retrieved value score 2.8. This indicates that the product is able to maintain the same power factor-factor exists to be able to overcome his weakness factors. In addition to the main development strategy that is right based on the internal-external matrix is keep and preserve consisting of market penetration strategies and product development strategy. While based on analysis of the QSPM retrieved the most priority strategy is a strategy of improving and maintaining the image quality of the products and packaging as well as food quality control. While the next alternative strategies is to increase promotion and different types of products.

Abstract

This research was conducted to explain the factors that influence work readiness. This research was conducted on students of the Padang State Polytechnic Accounting Department who are actively studying from class 2019-2021. The research method used is quantitative method by collecting data using a questionnaire and measured using a Likert scale. The factors discussed in this study are abilities, role clarity and motivation. The theory used in this study is the theory of Tam and Utaut. The method of determining the sample using a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 209 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of ability, role clarity and motivation are factors that influence work readiness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and provide recommendations for improving the existing accounting system at the company PT Lanefa Karya Persada. PT Lanefa Karya Persada is a company engaged in housing and real estate construction. Based on the data that the authors get, there are still weaknesses in the accounting system for cash receipts, cash disbursements and payroll, both in terms of procedures, documents and accounting records. This study recommends that companies further maximise cash receipt and expenditure procedures for housing. In addition, the authors advise companies to complete or improve accounting documents and records in accordance with the principles of document design.
