Abstract

Introduction: social security governing body (BPJS) accommodate the Health program health services in one integrated healthcare system, but in practice, people are quite confused and difficult in following the enactment of the administration by the BPJS health. This research aims to know the description of the level of satisfaction of patients as a user of Health administrative enforcement against BPJS program JKN BPJS Health Hospital Umbu Rara Meha Waingapu. Methods: this study used descriptive method with a number of sample 50 people patients that are specified in the purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire.Results: aspects of the level of satisfaction include the aspect of Reliable (reliability) 78.5% satisfied, aspects of the Responsive (Responsiveness) 72.5% % satisfied, aspects of Assurance (Assurance) 71% satisfied, aspects of Empathy (Caring) 75.5% satisfied, and Tangible aspect (direct evidence) 75.5%. Conclusion: the majority of respondents (80%) feel satisfied while 20% are not satisfied against the enactment of the administration by the BPJS Health Hospital Umbu Rara Meha Waingapu.

Abstract

Introduction: The incidence of Tuberculosis provides its own experience against a family member who is a member of his family is a TB sufferer, the impact of TB disease that is the presence of negative feelings and positive feelings in felt by family members as well as the perception that says TB are not infectious.Gain an in-depth overview of the experiences of family members caring for TB patients.Method: The research design used was the qualitative approach with Phenomenology. Five participants selected by the technique of purposive sampling, with interviews of family members experience caring for/do prevention of transmission of TB.Result: In this research obtained three themes, namely the feelings of family members caring for/do prevention of the transmission of TB, the role of family members caring for TB patients and family obstacle in conducting prevention transmission of TB.Conclusion: It was concluded that a family member had a negative and positive feelings, the less understanding, and barriers experienced within the family.It is recommended that TB sufferer's family members put themselves as part of the community, increasing their role in live as PMO well and to the nursing community in particular in Waingapu of clinics in order to improve the service of TB sufferers with treatment and care holistically i.e biopsikososial and spiritual.

Abstract

Background: Breakfast is described as the most important meal of the day. Breakfast is associated with the learning process and the learning achievement index in school because breakfast has an influence on the ability of the kongnitif. This study aims to determine the relationship of breakfast habits with student achievement in the Nursing Study Program in Waingapu. Method: the research design used was a pre-experimental design with cross sectional design. A sample of 171 respondents was taken using the stratifed simple random sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire and student study results (semester IP) and analyzed using chi squre analysis techniques. Results: More than half of students who have breakfast habits every day have good achievements of 90 students (52.63%), there are no students who have the habit of occasionally having breakfast and not having breakfast that has very good performance. The coefficient for the relationship of breakfast habits with learning achievement of -0.144 and a significance of 0.118. Conclusion: there is no relationship between breakfast habits (P= 0.107) with learning achievement (P = 0.018) in Waingapu Nursing Study Program students.
