Abstract

The states Nuclear Program is a program to build and utilize nuclear science and technology both in the non-energy sector and in the energy sector for peaceful purposes. Utilization of non-energy in Indonesia has developed quite advanced. The use of nuclear power in every countries covers various fields such as health, research and industry. Indonesia's readiness in implementing nuclear energy is carried out by ratifying international conventions, issuing laws, and issuing regulations from the Nuclear Energy Supervisory Agency, readiness in the field of infrastructure used to strengthen technology, and in Indonesia is committed to reducing 26% of greenhouse gas emissions in the year 2020. A nuclear power plant or nuclear power plant is a thermal power plant that uses one or more nuclear reactors as a heat source. The working principle of a nuclear power plant is almost the same as a steam power plant, using high pressure steam to turn a turbine. The rotation of the turbine is converted into electrical energy. The difference is the heat source used to generate heat. A nuclear power plant uses uranium as its heat source. The fission reaction (fission) of the uranium nucleus produces enormous heat energy. The power of a nuclear power plant ranges from 40 MWe to 2000 MWe, and a nuclear power plant built in 2005 has a power distribution from 600 MWe to 1200 MWe. As of 2015 there are 437 nuclear power plants operating in the world, which in total generate about 1/6 of the world's electrical energy. To date, around 66 nuclear power plants are being built in various countries, including China with 28 units, Russia with 11 units, India with 7 units, the United Arab Emirates with 4 units, South Korea with 4 units, Pakistan and Taiwan with 2 units each. Nuclear power plants are categorized based on the type of reactor used. However, in some plants that have several separate reactor units, it is possible to use reactor types that are fueled such as Uranium and Plutonium.

Abstract

Waqf is a kind of charity whose rewards will flow even if the person who fulfills it has died. The benefits of the donated assets will still benefit the wider community, even if the waqif has died. When waqf is in the form of land and buildings, now you can donate online. Online waqf is a way of giving waqf by utilizing technology and the internet. The type given is cash waqf in the form of funds collected to build various public facilities and places of worship. Later, the funds that have been collected will be used to be distributed to charity projects and social activities that provide long-term benefits for the wider community, such as building mosques, orphanages, schools, hospitals, and so on. Distribution can be done on platforms that provide waqf facilities with payment methods via electronic transfer or online payment. So what is the law on online waqf? Most scholars believe the law is permissible. This is because in waqf, consent does not always have to be done directly. This means that the waqf remains valid, whether the consent and qabul are carried out face to face between the waqif and the nadzhir (waqf manager), or not in person. Most importantly, waqf must have a written agreement so as not to cause problems in the future. This is because waqf is long-term, even until the waqif dies. The waqf method is carried out by transferring a certain amount of funds to the waqf manager. After waqf, you will receive written evidence in the form of a waqf certificate issued by the waqf institution. Online waqf is one way of giving waqf that makes it easy for waqifs and nadzhir. Transactions can be done quickly without having to visit the waqf institution. As a result, digital waqf is said to be very economical in terms of costs and time. Apart from that, there are several advantages of doing online waqf, including: Wider Reach, More Efficient and Transparent, Ease of Choosing Waqf Programs and Wider Distribution.

Abstract

In 2025, the United States will again implement a new tariff policy on a number of strategic commodities from the People's Republic of China (China), as part of efforts to protect domestic industries and limit China's technological dominance in the global market. The tariffs cover the electric vehicle, semiconductor, solar panel, and strategic metal sectors, with additional tariffs reaching 35%. The US government argues that this policy is intended to respond to unfair trade practices and threats to national security. However, this action is viewed by the Chinese government as a form of economic aggression and a trigger for ongoing bilateral tensions. In response, China launched a policy of revenge in the form of retaliatory tariffs that are measured and strategic. China targets American agricultural products, including soybeans, corn, and beef—sectors that have a direct impact on the US government's political support base. In addition, China has also tightened regulations on American technology companies operating in its territory, and accelerated import substitution programs in national strategic industries. The economic retaliation between the two superpowers has put significant pressure on the global economy. Market uncertainty has increased, foreign investment has slowed, and there have been disruptions in international supply chains, especially in the technology and renewable energy sectors. Developing countries have also been affected by commodity price fluctuations and declining export demand. This tariff conflict shows a shift in international trade patterns from the principles of liberalism to geopolitically based strategic protectionism. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the dynamics of US tariff policy in 2025, the form of China's revenge politics, and its impact on global economic stability in the context of contemporary international political economy.
