Abstract

ABSTRAKBerdasarkan Hasil Penelitian diawal Bahwa yang menelatar belakangi penelitian ini adalah fluktuatifnya Jumlah taksiran dan uang pinjaman di PT BPRS Harum Hikmahnugraha dan tidak menentunya harga emas dipasaran dan sering terjadi kesalahan dalam menaksir barang jaminan khususnya emas. Penelitian ini Bertujuan untuk mengetahui begaimana pengaruh Jumlah taksiran terhadap laba bersih , mengetahui pengaruh uang pinjaman terhadap laba bersih di PT BPRS Harum Hikmahnugraha. Objek Penelitian pada laporan ini adalah untuk mengukur Laba bersih di PT BPRS Harum Hikmahnugraha, adapun jenis penelitiannya adalah kuantitatif asosiatif, jenis datanya adalah data primer, dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi dan studi pustaka.Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah non probability sampling , dengan populasi seluruh laporan keuangan triwulan BPRS Harum Hikmahnugraha periode 2016-2020. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh antara jumlah taksiran terhadap laba bersih di BPRS Harum Hikmahnugraha dengan hasil uji t dimana nilai Thitung <Ttabel  (1.352 < 2,109), terdapat pengaruh  yang signifikan antara Uang pinjaman terhadap laba bersih di BPRS Harum Hikmahnugraha dari hasil Uji t dimana Thitung > Ttabel (2,401 > 1,987), dan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Jumlah taksiran dan uang pinjaman terhadap laba bersih di PT BPRS Harum Hikahnugraha dengan hasil Uji f dimana nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (2,843  > 2,052 ).ABSTRACKBased on the results of the study at the beginning that the background of this research is the fluctuations in the amount of estimates and loan money at PT BPRS Harum Hikmahnugraha and uncertain gold prices in the market and frequent errors in estimating collateral items, especially gold. This study aims to determine how the influence of the estimated amount of net income, determine the effect of loan money on net income in PT BPRS Harum Hikmahnugraha. The object of research in this report is to measure net income at PT BPRS Harum Hikmahnugraha, while the type of research is associative quantitative, the type of data is primary data, and uses data collection techniques in the form of documentation and literature studies. While the sampling technique is non probability sampling, with population of all BPRS Harum Hikmahnugraha quarterly financial statements for the 2016-2020 period. The results of this study indicate that there is no leverage between the estimated amount of net income in the BPRS Harum Hikmahnugraha with the results of t test where the value of  t account < t table (1,352 <2,109), there is a significant influence between the loan money to the net profit at Harum Hikmahnugraha from the Test Results t where t account > t table (2.401> 1.987), and simultaneously there is a significant influence between the amount of estimated and borrowed money on net income in PT BPRS Harum Hikahnugraha with Test results f where the value of Fcount> Ftable (2.843> 2.052).

Abstract

Based on the results of observations, the background to this research is the fluctuation in the number of KPR credit customers caused by strategic planning and strategy implementation carried out by Bank BJB Jatinangor Branch Office. This research aims to find out how to implement the Segmenting strategy, Targeting and Positioning in marketing home ownership loans at Bank BJB Jatinangor Branch Office. The object of this research is the marketing strategy in marketing home ownership loans at Bank BJB Jatinangor Branch Office. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The type of data is primary data with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The research results show that (1) there are four indicators that constitute a segmenting strategy, namely demographics, behavior, psychographics and geography. (2) there are two indicators that become targeting strategies, namely selective specialization and product specialization strategies. (3) there are four indicators that become a positioning strategy, namely attributes, price, product users, and benefits. The data analysis technique used in this research is the interaction analysis technique model, namely a process carried out through four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The object of this research is an analysis of the application of segmenting targeting and positioning strategies in marketing home ownership credit (KPR) at Bank BJB Jatinangor branch office.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations, the background to this research is that there are several financial ratios that are experiencing fluctuations as well as to determine the level of bank health at Bank BJB for the 2019-2023 period. This research aims to determine the health level of Bank BJB for the 2019-2023 period using the RGEC method. The research factors used are Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning and Capital factors. The type of research in this report is descriptive quantitative. The data used is secondary data in the form of BJB Bank financial reports and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) website. The research results show that the health level of Bank BJB according to the Risk Profile factor for NPL received the title Very Healthy and for LDR Fairly Healthy. The Good Corporate Governance factor received a healthy predicate. The Earning Factor for NIM received the title Very Healthy and for ROA Healthy. And the Capital CAR Factor has the title of Very Healthy. The data anakysis used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions.

Abstract

Based on the observation results, that the background of this research is that there has been a decrease in the number of current account customers in the last two years, this is due to poor word of mouth promotion and also service excellent that does not meet customer expectations which can affect customer confidence in taking decision. This study aims to determine the effect of word of mouth promotion and excellent service on customers' decisions to choose current account products partially or simultaneously at bank BTN Kantor Cabang Bandung Timur. The object of research in this thesis is BTN Giro customers at bank BTN Kantor Cabang Bandung Timur. The type of research is associative quantitative with primary data types and uses data collection techniques in the form of interviews, lists of statements (questionnaire), observation and literature study. While the sampling technique is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The population is all Current Account customers at the bank BTN Kantor Cabang Bandung Timur, totaling 838 people with a sample of 89 people. The results showed that there was a significant effect of word of mouth promotion on the decisions of BTN Giro customers at the BTN bank East Bandung Branch Office of 33.7% where the value of tcount>ttable (6.646>1.662), there was a significant influence of service excellent on customer decisions BTN demand deposits amounted to 40.3% where the value of thitun> ttable (7.656> 1.662), and simultaneously there is a significant influence between word of mouth promotion and service excellent on customer decisions choosing current account products at bank BTN East Bandung Branch Office of 52% with F test results Fcount <Ftable (46.62).
