Abstract

This research intend to examined that influence which came from career development, workload and compensation towards turnover intention at PT XYZ's employees. Research population were employees from PT XYZ JATA 2 Area, which amounting to 378 employees, which sample amounted to 195 respondents (by Slovin 5% error tolerance). Data analysis method by multiple linear regression analysis to examined several hypothesis. Those results that earned from this research, such as : 1) There had strongly influence between career development to turnover intention; 2) There has none reaction which occurs from workload towards turnover intention; 3) There had no impact between compensation and turnover intention; 4) There had simultaneously reacted between career development, workload, and compensation against turnover intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Competence, Discipline on Performance mediated by the Motivationvariable at the Money Management Department of Bank Indonesia. Using a questionnaire as data collection with permanent employee respondents as many as 162 people. Data analysis used descriptive statistics with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS Smart PLS Version 3.2.9. In this study using four variables, twelve dimensions, and thirty-three indicators. The results of the study state that: 1) Competence has a significant effect on Performance, 2)Discipline has a significant effect on Performance, 3) Motivation has a significant effect on Performance, 4) Competence has no significant effect on Motivation, 5) Discipline has a significant effect on Motivation, 6) Motivation does not mediates the effect of competence on employee performance, 7) motivation mediates the effect of discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy on organizational culture and its impact on teachers performance. The research method in this study is a quantitative method that used type of expansive research. The population in this study was honorer teachers or KKI of 7 Public Senior High Schools in Pesanggrahan and Kebayoran Lama sub-districts totaly 54 people. The sample determination method in the study uses non-probability sampling with sample determination using the entire population. The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression using the help of statistical product for service solution (SPSS) program version 25. Previously, instrument validity testing was conducted using Pearson Product Moment Correlation and reliability test was conducted. The results showed that emotional intellegence and self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on the organization's culture and teacher performance.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze those impact which came from compensation, career development, and work environment towards organizational commitment of Y generation employees at PT. Bangun Anugerah Hanjaya. This research type was included in quantitative research with sampling method used was simple random sampling. The population was all employees at PT. Bangun Anugerah Hanjaya with numbers of 137 people. Researchers used the Slovin formula in order to gather samples of 102 people. The analysis method used multiple linear regression. The results showed that compensation, career development, and work environment together (simultaneously) had a significant impact on employee organizational commitment. Partially, compensation, career development, and work environment had a significant positive impact on organizational commitment.
