Abstract

This article aims to discuss the symbolization of colors in the Qur'an. In the article, the symbolism of colors in the Qur'an is discussed using the thematic interpretation theory pioneered by Abdul Hay al-Farmawi. Through this thematic interpretation, theory found 6 colors found in the Koran, namely red, yellow, green, blue, black, and white scattered in 33 ayat contained in 22 surahs by mapping the results of research using thematic analysis techniques. The results of color research in the Qur'an are expressions that are marked with color in various forms of lafadz as a symbol to describe certain objects in a situation, situation, place, and nature of the object. First, read as a symbol of the beauty of nature. Second, yellow is a symbol of the image of humans in the world. Third, green is a symbol of fertile earth. Fourth, blue as a symbol of the human condition on the Day of Judgment. Fifth, black is a symbol of human images on the Day of Judgment. Sixth, white is a symbol of a human image when in heaven. The existence of this article shows that color is a simple but meaningful symbol hidden in the Qur'an which needs to be studied.

Abstract

This paper will discuss about takfir in the commentary book Hamyan al-Zad Ila Dar al-Ma'ād by Muhammad bin Yusuf Itfisy. The study of the book Hamyan Al-Zad Ila Dar Al-Ma'ād is considered important, because this book contains interpretation of verses that contain takfir according to the views of the Khāwarij sect of the al-Ibadiyah sect. As we know, the Khāwarijs were a very easy people to justify disbelievers against others who were not in line with the Khāwarijs. In the realm of al-Qur'an exegesis, the Koran will be interpreted according to its interpreter, as well as in the commentary book of Hamyan Al-Zad Ila Dar Al-Ma'ād the verses of the Koran are interpreted for the benefit of the Khāwarij group as legitimacy. So this kind of interpretation is called tafsir al-I'tiqadi.

Abstract

AbstractThis paper discusses the meaning of gratitude in the Qur'an in the Babarit Tradition in Kuningan. This study uses the history-social approach method, the results of the study show that applying a form of gratitude to the Babarit tradition in Kuningan, there is a uniqueness, namely Babarit is an implementation of gratitude which is packaged in the routine activities of the Sundanese community which then has cultural values as a Sundanese ethnic identity and also as a selling point for tourism attraction. in Kuningan. AbstrakTulisan ini membahas tentang makna syukur dalam al-Qur’an pada tradisi kabarit di Kuningan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan history-social. hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mengaplikasikan bentuk rasa syukur pada tradisi Babarit di Kuningan terdapat sebuah keunikan, yaitu Babarit yang merupakan implementasi dari rasa syukur yang dikemas dalam kegiatan rutin masyarakat Sunda yang kemudian terdapat nilai budaya sebagai identitas suku Sunda dan juga sebagai nilai jual daya tarik pariwisata di Kuningan. Kata Kunci: Babarit, Syukur, Kuningan.
