Abstract

One of the trouble that related to menstrual is Premenstrual Syndrfome. Various of information sources about Premenstrual Syndrome that can obtained by the family or by the surroundings and would be better if it obtain by friends or by the same age group where they could more open and more understand to sharing especially in the case of the positive things. Therefore, the effort is needed to provided assistance to the youth to provide knowledge and form positive attitudes about premenstruall syndrome. The effort that can be done is to form a peer group (Peer Group). The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Peer Education on knowledge and attitude regarding Premenstrual Syndrome in female students of Junior High School in Bogor City with Pre-experimental design , one group pre-test post-test, the sampling technique using Cluster Sampling at Junior High School students 6 grade VII a number of 42 people. Bivariate analysis test Wilkoxon to determine the effect of Peer Education to increase knowledge about Premenstrual Syndrom, while the t-dependent to determine the effect of Peer Education on attitudes regarding Premenstrual Syndrome. The results obtained the increase of knowledge which is significant with p value 0.000 (p<0.005). Similarly, there is an increase in the attitude of a significant with an average of 51.69 be 56.04, p value 0.000 (p<0.005). Peer Education effect on knowledge and attitude regarding Premenstrual Syndrome in female students of JuniorHigh School, therefore adviced to form peer group education in schools and always conduct health education on reproductive health of adolescents, especially about Premenstrual Syndrom. Abstract

The digestion of puerperium experience physiology change that have an impact to difficukty of defecation. this is caused by intestial muscle tone decrease during labor and early of puerperium, diarrhea before labor, eating irregularly, dehydration , hemorrhoids or laceration of the birth canal. feeding food that contains high fiber for smooth defecation so that can prevent constipation to mother in postpartum considered quite effective. the fiber of the food has ability to binding water in colon to make feces volume being bigger and to stimulate nerves in the rectum so can rise the desire to defecation. so therefore feces easier to elimination. proven influence is increasing the feces volume, soften the consistency of feces and shorten timing of intestinal transit. one of fiber source food is tape black sticky rice 5,9 gram/100 gram. the purpose of this research is to knowing the the effectiveness of giving the snack bar black tape sticky rice to pattern of postpartum maternal defecation. This research use the research desain of quadi experiment (two group post design) to know the influence by giving the snack bar tape black sticky rice to pattern of postpartum maternal defecation. the place of this research is in bogor city, held on february-october 2019 with the sample of postpartum mother a number of 30 persons for each group with the total sample of 60 persons. The bivariat analysis carried out the test mannwhitney. the result of this data there is the significant difference by giving the snack black tape sticky rice bar to pattern of postpartum maternal defecation with score p=0,00. the conclusion of this research is giving the snack black tape sticky rice bar is effective to pattern of defecation.

Abstract

Marriage is an effort to get offspring and protect them to stay healthy both physically and spiritually. The Ministry of Religious Affairs has held a pre-marital guidance program for prospective brides, one of which is in the city of Bogor. One of the ministry of religion's programs is premarital guidance which is attended by 60% of prospective brides by 2022. The low participation of prospective brides in the pre-marital course is a serious problem that requires a solution. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of android- based reproductive health education media on the knowledge of prospective brides in the Bogor City area. Research using the application development method was conducted from August to October 2024 in Bogor City. The research population was brides-to-be as many as 36 respondents, research informants, material experts and media experts. Data were collected through questionnaires. The results of the validation of the application material validator value 89% in the media aspect and 88% in the design aspect are categorized as very feasible to use. The results of the trial on bride-to-be respondents in the aspects of material suitability 100%, quality of learning design 86.1%, clarity of language use 88.9% and ease of installing the application 86.1%. the conclusion of the bride-to-be reproductive health education application is very feasible to use in increasing reproductive health knowledge. It is recommended that media applications can be developed for other health problems.
