Abstract

This study aimed to determine the implementation of the policy for the Prosperous Rice Assistance Program in Tukmudal Village, Sumber District, Cirebon Regency. This study uses qualitative methods and data collection processes by conducting interviews, documentation, and observation. The informant selection technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The results of the study are: (1) the communication carried out by the organizers, especially village administrators related to the prosperous rice assistance program, is carried out systematically using mobile phones as a communication medium. (2) the resources for implementing the Prosperous Rice Assistance Program are adequate, sufficient, and of good quality. (3) the disposition in the implementation of the Prosperous Rice Assistance Program is carried out under the regulations that have been determined by the sub-district (puskesos) conduct partnerships with the post office, where the post office acts as a significant delivery person to the sub-district and the sub-district as the leading distributor to the community. (4) the bureaucratic structure in implementing the Prosperous Rice Assistance program uses the structure of the social ministry because this program is directly from the center.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pemberdayaan masyarakat oleh Kepala Desa dan BUM Desa Arya Kamuning Kaduela dalam pengembangan Desa wisata Telaga Biru Cicerem di Desa Kaduela Kecamatan Pasawahan Kabupaten Kuningan. Adapun teknik dalam pengumpulan data ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pemilihan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang kemudian diiringi teknik snowball. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori pemberdayaan masyarakat menurut Totok Mardikanto yang didukung oleh tahap seleksi lokasi, tahap sosialisasi pemberdayaan masyarakat, tahap proses pemberdayaan masyarakat dan tahap pemandirian masyarakat. Kemudian teori pengembangan pariwisata menurut yang didukung oleh objek atau daya tarik wisata, sarana wisata, prasarana wisata, tata laksana atau infrastruktur dan peran masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemberdayaaan masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Desa dan BUM Desa Arya Kamuning melalui pengembangan Desa wisata dilaksanakan di salah satu lokasi di Telaga Biru Cicerem di Desa Kaduela Kecamatan Pasawahan Kabupaten Kuningan. berhasil meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat. Tetapi ada beberapa indikator yang harus dievaluasi seperti di bagian tahap proses pemberdayaan masyarakat, untuk UMKMnya harus dipikirkan kembali produk makanan yang nantinya menjadi ciri khas asli Desa Kaduela. Kemudian terkait pengelolaan pada pengembangan wisatanya sudah baik dari segi pelayanan, keamanan dan lain sebagainya

Abstract

Backgroud. This research is to find out and describe the perceptions of novice voters of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Cirebon City school students in electoral socialization through the 2023 election parade. Methods.The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach research method using Bimo Walgito's Perception theory which has several sub-focuses namely absorption of stimuli or objects from outside the individual, understanding, assessment and evaluation. Data collection methods are observation, interviews and documentation. The number of informants was 15 people. Result. Based on the research results, it shows that MAN 1 Cirebon City students have high enthusiasm in participating in election outreach through the 2023 election parade.Students can find out about the various ballot papers, what is voted on, the importance of elections and practice voting procedure simulations. Students also assessed that the socialization was educational and provided insight regarding the election. Conclusion. It can be concluded that the perception of beginner voters at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Cirebon City in the implementation of socialization is quite effective which aims to increase knowledge and introduce elections to students who have a role as beginner voters among students. Implementation. Of course, this can increase the participation of novice voters themselves who are generation Z by preparing them as intelligent voters who can influence choosing the best future.
