Abstract

The development of the higher education sector and the large number of unemployment rates in Indonesia require that students and alumni of each institution have the expertise they have mastered with UI (User Interface) / UX (User Experience) technology-based design and implementation that will always make everything effective and efficient. on products or applications that have become a trend to be carried out at this time. Simply put, the UI/UX discipline has the goal of building something that makes a system more user friendly so it can function properly which makes a product more valuable. With so many students and alumni from several agencies, namely in the field of information technology education, this provides a great opportunity to be more able to innovate with various new technologies such as mobile-based learning applications and online courses. This research aims to focus on the discipline of user ergonomics, namely how the behavior and habits of users such as the pattern of the user's fingers when using the application and provide attractive visual colors, the location of buttons that are easy to reach, typefaces that are easy to read and easy to understand. as well as providing convenience for users of these applications, so as to see and assess the design and implementation of UI/UX applications for online programming courses, so that designs can be evaluated and can strengthen opportunities to implement better applications for users, especially students and alumni of higher education institutions in the field information Technology. The method to be used is UCD (User Centered Design) which consists of 4 stages, namely, Specify Understand Context of Use, Specify User Requirements, Design Solutions, and Evaluate Against Requirements and the method for implementing applications uses the waterfall model. The results of this study show how the design and implementation of a mobile-based online programming course application is named "Alumni" according to user needs

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini akan berfokus pada data buku perpustakaan Universitas Bina Darma. Data tersebut disimpan berupa catalog buku dan hanya diupdate pada setiap pelaporannya pertahun. Dari banyak data catalog buku yang ada pihak perpustakaan kurang memanfaatkan data tersebut sehingga peneliti tertarik menganalisa data buku pada perpustakaan Universitas Bina Darma, adanya proses Analisa pada data akan menggunakan perbandingan dua metode pada perpustakaan Universitas Bina Darma kemudian akan menghasilkan sebuah perbandingan pengelompokan informasi data buku dan kemudian akan dibandingkan menggunakan dua metode pengelompokan klasterisasi pada Perpustakaan Universitas Bina Darma yaitu metode K-Means dan K-Medoids. Penelitian akan menghasilkan perbandingan antara setiap variable dari dataset yang sudah ada yaitu pertama proses general untuk mengeksplorasi variabel tentang buku-buku yang ada dalam data ini secara umum dan menghasilkan 8 perbandingan cluster. Kemudian akan dilanjutkan pada beberapa proses untuk hasil implementasi menggunakan dua metode K-Means dan metode K-Medoids. Kemudian data di preprocessing dengan memanfaatkan software microsoft excel dan google colab. Maka penelitian ini dapat menjadi sebuah pengambil keputusan dan perbandingan cluster dari data Perpustakaan Universitas Bina Darma.

Abstract

Dinas penanaman modal dan pelayanan terpadu satu pintu (DPMTPSP) Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) memiliki standar operasional (SOP) di setiap unit bidang pelayanan. Seperti pada bidang perencanaan pengembangan iklim dan promosi penanaman modal. Pada DPMTPSP Kabupaten OKI akan mengembangkan tata kelola mengenai perencanaan service stretegy. Berdasarkan dokumen pengembangan perencanaan strategis DPMTPSP Kabupaten OKI tahun 2019 hingga 2021, tata kelola belum berjalan secara optimal mengenai ketersediaan dokumen dan catatan pengembangan, kebijakan, serta standar operasional prosedur (SOP) khususnya layanan bidang perencanaan pengembangan iklim dan promosi penanaman modal. Dimana Penelitian ini adalah berfokus pada analisis SOP dalam penggunaan metode information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) versi tiga dengan service strategy yaitu domain strategy management for IT service, finansial management for IT service, , dan business relationship management.
