Abstract

Abstrak Penyakit stroke merupakan penyebab ketiga kecacatan di dunia akibat gangguan fungsi syaraf yang terjadi seperti gangguan penglihatan, bicara pelo, gangguan mobilitas, serta kelumpuhan pada wajah maupun ekstremitas. Kondisi seperti ini yang menyebabkan penderita stroke memiliki ketergantungan yang tinggi dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari pada orang lain. Permasalahan ini tidak hanya berdampak terhadap status kesehatan tetapi akan mempengaruhi kualitas hidup penderita tersebut dan menambah beban ekonomi keluarga maupun negara Kegiatan pengabdian ini bermitra dengan Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Kota Jambi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan lansia mengenai penyakit stroke dan cara pencegahannya. Jumlah peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan sebanyak 30 orang lansia. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi peserta merasa antusias mengikuti kegiatan dan setelah diberikan penyuluhan mayoritas peserta telah mengetahui defenisi, penyebab, faktor resiko, serta pencegahan penyakit stroke. Diharapkan setelah pemberian edukasi kesehatan mengenai penyakit stroke, lansia dapat menerapkan perilaku gaya hidup sehat untuk mencegah terjadinya penyakit stroke. Abstract

ABSTRACTIntroduction; The number of cancer survivors continues to grow globally, this case has implications fortremendous physical, emotional, and financial stress on individuals, families, communities, and health systems.Globacan in 2012, cancer incidence and mortality estimated at 14.1 million new cases of cancer diagnosedworldwide, 9.6 million deaths in 2018. In Indonesia, breast cancer is the second leading cause of death, afterlung cancer.31.3% of the selected treatment was chemotherapy, chemotherapy was the recommended choice for sufferers.During chemotherapy, the family role is the main source of strength that most patients need. Data from RadenMattaher Hospital in Jambi 2018, there were 67 cases of breast cancer. The total frequency of chemotherapywas 241 times ranging from 8-26 times a year, 2019 data from January to June 32 cases with a totalchemotherapy frequency of 89 times. The purpose of this study is to explore the role of the family in caring thefamily members during chemotherapy and to explore the problems faced by cancer patients duringchemotherapy.Methods: The research method used is a qualitative method that was conducted from September to November2020. It used in-depth interviews on families and cancer patients chemotherapy.Results: Based on the results of the temporary Thematic analysis, the themes obtained were:The Initial symptoms were are not felt, the patient knew and complained the feeling after the patient was at anadvanced stage, the Patients & families had effective coping for their cancer and cancer therapy, the side effectsof chemotherapy were felt by patients physically and psychologically, the explanation related to InformedConsent had not been maximally provided by the health worker., thepatients and well-off families made thedecision to do therapy,and the family was responsible for accompaniment and funding., the patients physicalconditions greatly affected patients in overcoming reactions from the effects of chemotherapy,the patientsreceived the health service benefits from health insurance (BPJS), there were Internal & External Factors thataffected the Time liness of Chemotherapy, and the Patients had Expectations to Get Good Service Rights, Clarityof Service Flow & Chemotherapy Procedures.Keywords: Breast Cancer, Chemotherapy, Family RoleABSTRAKPendahuluan;Jumlah penderita kanker terus bertambah secara global, kasus ini berdampak terhadap tekananfisik, emosi dan finansial yang luar biasa pada individu, keluarga, komunitas dan sistem kesehatan. Globacantahun 2012, Insiden kanker dan mortalitas diperkiraan 14,1 juta kasus baru kanker didiagnosis di seluruh dunia,9,6 juta kematian pada tahun 2018. di Indonesia adalah kangker Payudara menjadi urutan kedua penyebapkematian, setelah kangker paru.Jenis pengobatan dipilih 31,3% adalah Kemoterapi, Kemoterapi adalah pilihan yang disarankan bagi penderita.Selama pasien menjalani kemoterapi peran keluarga merupakan sumber kekuatan utama yang paling dibutuhkan pasien. Data RSUD Raden mattaher Jambi 2018 terdapat 67 kasus kangker payudara Jumlah total frekwensi kemoterapi 241 kali dengan rentang antara 8-26 kali dalam setahun, 2019 data Januari-Juni 32 kasusdengan total frekwensi Kemoterapi 89 kali. Tujuan penelitian ini Mengexplorasi Peran Keluarga dalam merawatkeluarga selama menjalani masa kemoterapi serta Mengexplorasi permasalahan yang dihadapi pasien kangkerselama menjalani kemoterapi.Metode : Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Kualitatif yang dilakukan pada bulan Septembersampai Nopember 2020. Menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam pada keluarga dan pasien kanker yangmenjalani Kemoterapi.Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil analisa Tematik sementara didapatkan tema-tema antara lain; Keluarga dan pasientidak dapat mengenali Gejala awal kangker, Keluarga berperan mempertahankan koping yang efektif terhadappasien kangker deritanya & terapi kanker yg dijalaninya, Peran keluarga mendampingi klien menghadapi EfekSamping Kemoterapi di rasakan pasien secara fisik maupun Psikologis, Keluarga berperan mendampingi Pasienmengambil keputusan melakukan terapi, Keluarga Bertanggung jawab terhadap Pendampingan & Pembiayaan.,Peran mempertahankan Kondisi Fisik Pasien dalam mengatasi reaksi dari Efek Kemoterapi, Peran keluargadalam pemanfaatan fasilitas pelayanan Kesehatan (BPJS ) kesehatan. Terdapat Faktor internal & External yangMempengaruhi ketepatan Waktu Kemoterapi, dan Pasien dan keluarga memiliki Harapan mendapatkan HakPelayanan yang baik, Kejelasan Alur Pelayanan & Prosedur Kemoterapi.Kata Kunci : kangker/ Kanker Payudara, Kemoterapi, Motivasi Keluarga

Abstract

The final stage of the aging process in human growth and development is a term for elderly. Elderly (elderly) is someone who has entered the age of 60 years and over. Increasing age causes changes in organ function cause impact to direction ability elderly For do Activities of Daily Living. Research This aiming For know description level independence elderly in fulfillment activity daily. Type study This use design descriptive quantitative. Study This done at the orphanage Social Tresna elderly (PSTW) Jambi Province. The total elderly population that there are 67 people in the Tresna Werdha Social Home (PSTW). Sampling was carried out with technique Total Sampling.Based on the level of independence of the elderly in carrying out daily activities, it was obtained The results in the independent category were 33 people (49.2%), light dependency 4 people (6%), dependence currently 16 person (23.8), dependence heavy 8 person (12%) And level dependence total namely 6 people (9%). The description of the level of independence of the elderly in carrying out daily activities is in the independent category there were 33 people (49.2%), consisting of 91.8% eating, bathing as much as 88%, neatness/appearance as much as 86.5%, get dressed as much as 83.5% And CHAPTER as much as 80.5%.

Abstract

The prevalence of mental disorders continues to increase, therefore mental disorders are a serious health problem. Data obtained from the Jambi Prov Hospital, patients with schizophrenia in 2020 were 5606 visits (76%), in 2021 there were 13,438 visits (77%), and in 2022 there were 3,442 visits (78%). Treatment of patients with mental disorders requires a long time and process, so it requires the role of the family as the unit closest to the patient to provide support in the patient's healing process. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of family support for patients with mental disorders at the Psychiatric Polyclinic of the Jambi Prov Hospital. This research design is descriptive using a survey approach. The population of this study were mental patients who were undergoing treatment at the Psychiatric Polyclinic of the Jambi Province Hospital. The sample used was 107 people with accidental sampling technique. The instrument used was a family support questionnaire sheet with univariate analysis. Based on the results of the study, the description of family support for patients with mental disorders as a whole was categorized as good (97.2%) of respondents. The components of emotional support and appreciation were good (94.4%) of respondents, quite good (4.7%) of respondents and not good (0.9%) of respondents. Instrumental support in good category (97.2%) of respondents., quite good (2.8%). Information support is in the category good (80.4%) of respondents, quite good (17.8%) of respondents, and not good (1.9%) of respondents. Data analysis shows that information support is the lowest family support. It is hoped that this research will become an evaluation and input for the Jambi provincial RSJD, and future researchers.
