Abstract

Mother's knowledge about MP-ASI is a determining factor for practice of giving MP-ASI correctly. MP-ASI or complementary feeding is food or drink given to toddlers aged 6-24 months to meet nutritional needs other than breast milk. Information is the support needed to increase mothers' understanding of complementary feeding according to the needs of their age. The government has carried out several socializations both in print and electronic media related to MP-ASI in collaboration with several professions. This study was conducted to determine the media used by mothers of toddlers when getting information about MP-ASI. The method used was a case study on mothers of toddlers who have babies aged 6-24 months at the Posyandu, Sosromenduran Gedongtengen Region, Yogyakarta City. Sampling used total sampling with the instruments used to collect data about the media and mother's knowledge were questionnaires and questionnaires. The technique of collecting and presenting data uses descriptive statistics. The results of the study were as many as 27 people (52.94%) got information about complementary feeding from the internet, 15 people (29.41%) from television, 6 people (11.76%) from the smartphone group, 2 people (3.92 %) from newspapers, and 2 (3.92%) people from bulletin boards. Mother's level of knowledge about MP-ASI for toddlers aged 6-24 months at the Posyandu, Sosromenduran Gedongtengen Region, Yogyakarta City is in the good category with internet and television as information media that provide a lot of information about MP-ASI.

Abstract

Background: Diabetes mellitus have been a disease that suffered by many population in the world and able to cause the emerging of various complications. The complications that most often be found in diabetes mellitus was hypertension.The implementation of data mining to identifying the prescription pattern of medicine for the diabetes mellitus patients and their complication diseases that was essential hypertension, was expected able to provide a depiction in order to aid a decision making to improve a service for diabetes mellitus patients thus able to reduce both mortality and a risks caused by diabetes mellitus.Objectives: To develop data miningto identifying a prescription pattern of medicine for diabetes mellitus patients and their complication diseases or illness that is essential hypertension in Dumai Regional General Hospital, Riau Province.Methods: This study used descriptive observational method by cross sectional design.Results: The group of antidiabetic medicine that were used is insulin analog (18.30%), biguanida (71.62%), sulfonylurea (53.85%), tiazolidinedion (31.03%), and α-glucosidase (0.53%), whereas a group of antihypertension medicine that were used was inhibitor ACE (34.75%), ARB (21.48%), diuretic (30.24%), β-blockers (3.45%) and CCB (55.97%). There were 3 pattern of clustering (grouping) in the prescription of antidiabetic medicine and 4 clustering pattern in the prescription of antihypertension medicine, that depicted a recommendation in the medicine prescription for diabetes mellitus patients who with essential hypertension in order to get better therapy outcome.Conclusion: This clustering pattern of the prescription of antidiabetic medicine and antihypertension medicine is relevant for clinical decision making because provide a depiction of prescriptions that were recommended and already recognized by several studies.Keywords: clustering, data mining, diabetes mellitus, essential hypertension, medicine prescription

Abstract

Distance learning activities programmed by the government due to the Covid-19 pandemic have made students spend more time in front of technology devices and the internet. Social media is one of the platforms commonly used to support distance learning programs. It is not only used to communicate between students, but also used as learning media and discussing through groups or classes on social media. This makes students more accustomed and even their daily life cannot be separated from social media. One of the negative impacts that arise is the phenomenon of cyberbullying. The more time spent on social media, the more likely students are to become cyberbullies. This research is to find out the types of social media that are often used and the forms of cyberbullying behavior by students in SMA Y. The method used was a case study on students of SMA Y on class X and XI. The sample used purposive sampling and questionnaire was used as instrument to collect the data. The technique of collecting and presenting data used descriptive statistics. The results of the study were 36 students (97.3%) never bullied on Instagram, 1 student (2.7%) often bullied on Instagram, 29 students (78.4%) never bullied on whatsApp, 6 students (16.2%) sometimes bully on whatsapp, 2 students (5.4%) often bully on whatsapp, 36 students (97.3%) never bully on facebook, and 1 student (2.7 %) often did bullying on facebook. WhatsApp social media was the most frequently used by students in carrying out cyberbullying actions with the most form being flaming behavior
