Abstract

Penghitungan jumlah kendaraan dan deteksi pelanggaran rambu-rambu lalu lintas sejauh ini masih dilakukan sacara manual. Berkembangnya teknik pengolahan citra yang berasal dari sensor kamera mendorong adanya implementasi sistem pemantauan pelanggaran kendaraan pada area lampu lalu lintas dengan menggunakan kamera cerdas. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengembangkan sistem yang dapat mendeteksi dan menghitung jumlah kendaraan berupa mobil yang melanggar garis marka jalan. Metode pengolahan citra yang dikembagkan pada penelitian ini adalah mengubah citra video RGB hasil tangkapan kamera menjadi grayscale kemudian menerapkan teknik harr cascade untuk mendeteksi adanya pelanggaran garis marka jalan . Sistem yang dikembangkan mampu menghitung jumlah kendaraan yang melewati sensor kamera pada lajur jalan yang dipantau dan mendeteksi adanya pelanggaran pada marka jalan dengan akurasi deteksi sebesar 76 % dibandingkan dengan pengamatan secara langsung oleh mata manusia.

Abstract

Road as an important facility for the community to achieve a desired goal both mobilizing goods and services. On the Lamongan City – Mojokerto border road section STA 20+000 - 26+000 based on the field has experienced a decrease in road services that are not stable / comfortable with a lot of damage to the road. This study aims to determine how much the pavement performance index is with the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method, determine the handling of road maintenance and the cost of handling road maintenance based on the two methods. From the research results, the value of the pavement performance index based on the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method is 72.1%, this is in the good category and includes a periodic maintenance handling program, the cost of handling road maintenance with the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method is Rp. 15,614,599,505.96.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the priority order value of road surface damage based on the Bina Marga method, determine the handling of road maintenance and the cost of handling road maintenance based on the two methods. From the results of the research, the priority order value of road damage on the Lamongan City - Mojokerto Border Road Section of STA 20+000 - 26+000 with the Bina Marga method is the priority order value of road damage 5.5, this includes a periodic maintenance handling program, the cost of handling road maintenance with the Bina Marga method is Rp. 9,479,663,479.46.
