Abstract

The problem in this study is the low student learning outcomes, the low interest of students in learning and the economics of parents that influence student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of economic conditions of parents with the economic learning outcomes of students of Social Sciences class X even semester SMA 10 Bandar Lampung 2018/2019 academic year. In this study, the author uses a quantitative descriptive method because the score of the variable is in the form of numbers which will then be processed using a statistical formula to produce a value. The population in this study were students of class X. IPS which amounted to 88 students and the samples tested in this study also amounted to 22 students. Data analysis technique to test the hypothesis that the author uses is product moment correlation. Based on the results of hypothesis testing showing thit> ttab or 15.32> 1.72, Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a significant relationship between the economic condition of parents and the economic learning outcomes of IPS X class students in the even semester of SMA Bandar Lampung 2018 / 2019. There is a fairly high correlation between the economic conditions of parents and the economic learning outcomes of IPS X-class students in the even semester of SMA Bandar Lampung 10 in the academic year 2018/2019. This is based on the results of hypothesis testing showing rxy = 0.96.

Abstract

The problem in this study seen from the identification of problems is the economic learning outcomes of students are still low, lack of interest and motivation of students in economics. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of learning models Simulation on learning outcomes of students in Economics subjects. The researcher used the experimental method as for the population in this study were the tenth grade students of Gajah Mada High School, Bandar Lampung, the sample consisted of two classes namely X1 and X2, where class X1 as the Experimental class used 36 simulation learning models and class X2 as the control class using conventional methods in the form of lectures with the number of students 36. The instruments used are in the form of multiple choices. The results of testing the hypotheses that have been done are obtained ttes = 4.70 and from the distribution table t at the 5% significance level it is known tt (1-0.5 α) = 2.00 so that it can be concluded that there are differences in learning outcomes using influential Simulation learning models positive for student economic learning outcomes compared to Conventional learning models

Abstract

The problem that was found by the writein in X grade of IPS 4 Gajah Mada senior High School Bandar Lampung is the low activity of students and student learning outcomes during the learning process in the classroom. In this study the author uses a Learning Cycle learning model that is expected to improve the activity and economic learning outcomes of X. IPS 4 students on economic subjects at Gajah Mada High School Bandar Lampung Academic Year 2018 / 2019. This study is a classroom action research ) conducted in two stages of the cycle in which the application uses the Learning Cycle learning model in the learning process. The subjects in this study were students of class X. IPS 4, Gajah Mada High School, Bandar Lampung, amounting to 36 students. student learning has increased from an average of 2.1 in cycle 1 to 3.61 in the cycle 2. The percentage of students' learning completeness increased from pre-cycle to 27.78%, cycle 1 was 52.78% and cycle 2 was 81 %. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that learning by implementing a Learning Cycle model can improve learning activities and economic learning outcomes of class X students.
