Abstract

The growth of beauty and personal care products users in Indonesia has been increasing significantly in the past five years, higher than the indutry’s growth globally. This fact shows that cosmetics and skincare business in the country has a positive outlook in the years ahead. The increasing number of beauty clinics brands in the market has led to the more intense competition. Consumers are offered with more options to treat themselves better through personal care and beauty services. In order to survive in today’s competitive industry, customer loyalty becomes a paramount. Literature has shown that customer loyality is formed by many factors such as experience, trust and emotional attachment between the customers and the services providers. This study aimed to investigate the influence of customer experience on customer loyalty towards beauty clinics in Surabaya by examining the aspects of customers’ emotional brand attachment and trust. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of customer experience on emotional brand attachment and customer trust, which in turn, leading to a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

PT. Whitssky Aviation is a charter aircraft company. In implementing all its activities, of course, this company provides facilities to employees so that they can work more optimally and improve their performance. In this study, the aim was to find out how much influence workplace facilities have on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method. The respondents used in this study were 35. The existing population will be used as samples. The validity test uses the product moment correlation technique at a significant 5% (0.05) level with a degree of r table = 0.333 (N=35). While the reliability test uses Cronbach Alpha. While the analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results showed an effect of workplace facilities on employee performance with a value of 43.8%. Abstrak: PT. Whitssky Aviation merupakan salah satu perusahaan pesawat charter. Dalam proses pelaksanaan segala kegiatannya tentu saja perusahaan ini memberikan fasilitas kepada pada karyawan agar dapat bekerja lebih maksimal dan dapat meningkatkan kinerja para karyawan .Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh fasilitas tempat kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa metode kuantitatif. Responden yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sejumlah 35. Populasi yang ada akan digunakan semua sebagai sampel. Uji Validitas menggunakan teknik korelasi produk momen pada level of significant 5% (0,05) dengan derajat r tabel = 0,333 (N=35). Sedangkan uji reliabilitasnya menggunakan Cronbach Alpha. Sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh dari variabel fasilitas tempat kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai sebesar 43,8%.
