Abstract

Student management in Madrasah Aliya Miftahul Ulum has followed the concepts of student management, this can be seen directly in the implementation of new student admissions, data collection on student learning progress, guidance and guidance on student discipline and monitoring has been implemented by the madrasa component. There are obstacles to the implementation of student management. Based on the results of this study into the material of thought, information and input for organizers and coaches of students, administrators, principals, teachers, and other staff in the Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Ulum, users of education services (community, guardians of students, students) and education observers in managing students better in order to produce quality resources and generations, can produce graduates who are strong and ready to face the challenges of the future.

Abstract

Online learning serves as a lesson between educators and students by using an internet network that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Of course, the online method has a good level of effectiveness if it can be implemented optimally but also vice versa if there are still many obstacles in the implementation poses, it will also cause several problems whose consequences will have an impact or be felt by educators and students in the school. This time the author will conduct a study carried out at Sribasuki State Elementary School 1, Kalirejo District, Central Lampung Regency about the implementation of online learning at the school. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of effectiveness of online learning at the elementary school level. The method collected in data collection is a question and answer (interview) to the resource persons, namely several students, parents of students, and educators (teachers) directly or via WhatsApp. The results of the study showed various opinions from students, parents, and educators (teachers). From these various opinions, it can be concluded that the online method is very helpful in the learning process and it is considered that the method is quite appropriate to be chosen during the current Covid-19 Pandemic, but on the other hand, the level of effectiveness is still assessed below the learning carried out face-to-face. Therefore, some students, parents, and educators (teachers) really hope that the learning process can be carried out face-to-face as soon as possible.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the fact that there were still many people, especially the elderly, who did not enter Thoriqoh Naqsyabandiyah Kholidiyah. These were due to a lack of understanding about Thoriqoh, inadequate feeling, lack of socialization by Thoriqoh administrators, and unstable economic and social factors in the community. The last factor coused that they did not have time or opportunity in joining thoriqoh activities. This type of research was field research using qualitative descriptive research methods. The results of this research show that the values ​​of thoriqoh naqsyabandiyah kholidiyah can be applied in Islamic education for the elderly, namely : Consistency in Dhikr and Worship, Cleansing the Heart (Tazkiyatun Nafs), Discipline in Keeping Time (Waro' and Zuhud), Obedience to Teachers and Mentors Spirituality, Simplicity and Tawakal, Awareness of the Afterlife, Mutual Help and Solidarity (Ukhuwah Islamiyah), Patience and Perseverance, Self-Control (Mujahadah), Peace of Heart and Spiritual Balance. Meanwhile, the contributions of Thoriqoh Naqsyabandiyah Kholidiyah values in ​​improving the quality of Islamic education for the elderly in Wonosobo village are increasing spiritual calm and happiness, increasing discipline and productivity, strengthening social relations and Islamic brotherhood, deepening awareness of the afterlife, overcoming the challenges of old age patiently. and Tawakal, Forming the Elderly as Spiritual Role Models, Maintaining Mental and Spiritual Balance. The challenges faced in implementing the values ​​of thoriqoh naqsyabandiyah kholidiyah among the elderly in Wonosobo Village, Penarik District, Mukomuko Regency are Physical and Health Limitations, Limited Access to Education and Spiritual Guidance, Lack of Understanding of the Teachings of Sufism, Lack of Support from the Social Environment, Differences in Religious Background and Preferences, Psychological and Emotional Barriers, Limited Facilities and Infrastructure, Influence of Local Culture, Difficulty in Internalizing Values.

Abstract

The quality of national education which is reflected in the competence of graduates of educational units is influenced by various components such as process, content, educators and education personnel, facilities and infrastructure, management, financing, and educational assessment which can be described in the constellation of education quality. The realization of a quality education process is influenced by the performance of educators and education staff, the quality and quantity of facilities and infrastructure, the quality of management, the availability of funds, and a valid, objective, and firm assessment system. Therefore, the realization of quality national education must be supported by educational content and processes which meet standards, educators and education personnel who meet standards of academic qualifications and competencies in order to perform optimally, as well as facilities and infrastructure, management, and financing which meet standards. The management of facilities and infrastructure is also in accordance with the existing management procedures of all existing facilities and infrastructure in the institution, especially MIS Hidayatul Mubtadiin Mukomuko, facilities, and infrastructure are also one of the initial requirements in improving the quality of education so that it can produce outputs which are able to compete with other schools in Mukomuko Regency.Â
