Abstract

Klinik Nur Hidayah Rengel merupakan salah satu pusat kesehatan masyarakat di Kecamatan Rengel Kabupaten Tuban, Berdasarkan penelitian awal yang saya lakukan dalam bidang pelayanan kesehatan belum adanya pendaftaran online dan pendaftaran yang dilakukan masih secara manual atau belum juga menerapkan rekam medis elektronik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuat rancang bangun sistem pendaftaran online pasien rawat jalan berbasis web. Metode yang digunakan yaitu desain penelitian deskriptif dan tindakan, dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem yaitu SDLC. Hasil Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi pendaftaran online pasien rawat jalan berbasis web  ang prosesnya berawal dari tahap analisa kebutuhan, lalu perancangan alur proses beserta basis data, lalu implementasi sistem dalam bentuk interface dan pengujian menggunakan metode black box sistem terhadap nilai fungsional dari beberapa output yakni form pendaftaran meliputi Form pendaftaran pasien baru dan pasien lama, form Reservasi dan nomor Antrian. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adanya sistem pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan yang masih bersifat offline berresiko terkendala penyediaan berkas rekam medis. Sehingga dengan sistem informasi pendaftaran online pasien rawat jalan ini dapat mempercepat proses registrasi pasien dan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Background: Depression in pregnancy can lead to poor pregnancy outcomes, such as pre-eclampsia, insufficient weight gain, and preterm delivery which can progress to postpartum depression thereby posing a risk to the mother-infant bond and impacting the child's social development at a further level. Social support is one of the important factors that can increase the risk of depression during pregnancy, because with a lack of social support, the increased risk of depression in pregnant or postpartum women will enhance. The purpose of this study was to estimate the relationship between low social support and depression in pregnancy.

Abstract

Background: The increasing consumption of cigarettes that continues to occur among the community has an impact on the higher rates of morbidity and mortality. Active smokers who have a tendency to quit smoking can be identified by measuring their intentions. The theory of planned behavior is a concept that influences the study of an individual's behavior. This study aims to estimate the magnitude of attitudes towards behavior, subjective norms, and perceptions of behavioral control with behavior to stop smoking.Subjects and Method: This study is a systematic review and meta-analysis with the acronym PICO, namely population: smokers. Intervention: positive attitude toward behavior, supportive subjective norm, strong perception of behavioral control. Comparison: attitude towards negative behavior, subjective norms do not support, perception of behavior control is weak. Outcome: smoking cessation behavior. Data collection was obtained from 4 databases, namely: Google Scholar, PubMed, Science Direct and ProQuest with the keywords used "attitude toward behavior" AND "subjective norm" AND "perceived behavior control" AND "quit smoking" OR "quit smoke" OR "smoking cessation". The inclusion criteria used were full English paper with cross sectional design in 2012-2022. The analysis of this study used RevMan 5.3 software.            Results: A total of 7 articles originating from the Asian and American continents were included in this study. Based on the results of the analysis of smokers who had positive behavior (aOR = 2.77; 95% CI = 1.06 to 1.37; p <0.001), subjective norms were supportive (aOR = 1.08; 95% CI = 0.98 to 1.18; p <0.001), as well as perceived control behavioral (aOR = 1.19; 95% CI = 1.00 to 1.42; p < 0.001) were more likely to quit smoking compared to smokers who had negative behavior, unsupportive subjective norms, and weak perceptions of behavioral control.Conclusion: Positive behavior, supportive subjective norms, perception of strong behavioral control increase the likelihood of smoking cessation in active smokers.Keywords: theory of planned behavior, stop smoking, adjusted odds ratio.Correspondence:Mitha Amelia Rahmawati. Abstract

Klinik Nur Hidayah Rengel merupakan salah satu pusat kesehatan masyarakat di Kecamatan Rengel Kabupaten Tuban yang sudah penyelenggaraan rekam medis masih berbasis manual. Berdasarkan study pendahuluan penyediaan rekam medis berbasis manual membutuhkan waktu yang lama (≥ 10 menit). Berdasarkan Permenkes Nomor 24 Tahun 2022 bahwa setiap pelayanan kesehatan termasuk Klinik diwajibkan untuk membuat rekam medis elektronik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuat Rancang bangun sistem informasi rekam medis elektronik rawat jalan berbasis web. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dan tindakan dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem SDLC. Hasil penelitian ini dilakukan dari tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan aplikasi rekam medis elektronik rawat jalan berbasis web yang berisi form login, form rekam medis (tambah data rekam medis dan cetak rekam medis) kemudian dilakukan uji coba dengan metode black box sistem. Kesimpulannya aplikasi rekam medis rawat jalan berbasis web di klinik Nur Hidayah Rengel telah terbangun dan sudah dilakukan uji coba.
