Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran manajemen kewirausahaan dalam menciptakan dan menumbuhkembangkan jiwa enterpreuner pada mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Ambon, khususnya pada jurusan akuntansi. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode diskriptif kualitatif dengan panduan teori motivasi kebutuhan David McClelland. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara mendalam dan data skunder diambil dari berbagai literatur rujukan yang relevan. Populasi adalah mahasiwa jurusan akuntansi, dengan sampel porposive yakni mahasiswa yang sudah mengambil mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Sampel itulah yang dalam operasional penelitian ini adalah informan. Untuk memberikan kekuatan sudut pandang data juga akan diambil dari wawancara dengan dosen pengampu mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa manajemen kewirausahaan memiliki peranan penting dalam menumbuhkan jiwa enterpreuner mahasiswa dan Manajemen kewirausahaan mampu mendorong mahasiswa untuk dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja sendiri dan berinovasi. Hanya saja tumbuhnya jiwa itu tidak merata kepada seluruh mahasiswa, sehingga hanya mahasiwa yang mempunyai acheivment motive saja yang mampu menumbuhkan semangat wirausaha dalam dirinya.

Abstract

In general, there are still several obstacles standing in the way of MSMEs' growth in Indonesia. The main challenge MSMEs in Majalaya District, Bandung Regency, encounter when running their enterprises is marketing. Due to the significant influence that marketing effectiveness has on corporate growth, stakeholders need to take this seriously. Additionally, MSMEs' ability to thrive is largely dependent on their brand's power to raise its market share due to the increasingly fierce competition that exists among business actors nowadays. The main objective of the program is to help MSMEs understand the principles of marketing strategy and the marketing mix. The implementation method for the counseling is using Zoom Meeting as the medium. The activity was preceded with a presentation of the questions, answers, and material. Following that, a participant's business case study was conducted, and the participants had a discussion.

Abstract

In an organizational environment, if there is increased interpersonal communication, it will have a positive impact on the level of commitment to the organization. By involving an effective communication process, all tasks within an organization can be carried out well. A collection of people working together to accomplish a task or reach a common goal is known as a team. In teamwork, each member brings unique expertise, experience, and skills that contribute to achieving the team's goals. Communication, cooperation, coordination, and mutual support among team members are important aspects of an effective work team. Through cooperation and synergy, work teams can increase efficiency, productivity and quality of work. This article's methodology makes use of literature study, which is a technique for gathering data that entails comprehending and examining theories from a variety of research-related books. The ideas of interpersonal communication, cooperation, and effectiveness in collaboration are covered in this study, as well as the connection between the two.
