Abstract

Persenan is a parcel given by trader to customers toward at Great Day of Idul Fitri. The goal of persenan is to defense customers loyalty. This research aims to describe three ploblems about persenan and customers loyalty. First, how is persenan constructed by traders for customer loyalty in Pandan market of Mojokerto. Second, what type of persenan practiced by trader of Pandan market in Mojokerto to defense customer loyalty. Third, how can persenan defense customer loyalty. To overcome those problem, the research used qualitative approach. The technical of data discover used deep structure question, participant observation, and documenting. The data analyzed by reduct data, display data, and conclusion drawing. Informan of the research was trader that has more than 50 customers. The informan also gives persenan every toward Idul Fitri.The research results three points. First, trader constructed persenan as connection between himself dan his customer (externality). If the connection is like buyer dan seller, persenan constructed as gift (internality). If the connection is more chummy untill as close-friend, (objectivity), persenan constructed as friendship symbol (internality). If the connection is brotherhood (objectivity), persenan constructed as affection symbol (internality). The dominant factors in Pandan market are persenan constructed as gift and friendship symbol.(internality). Second, type of persenan given trader in Pandan market to his customer pressed customer satisfication. There are three factors of customer satisfication on persenan: given toward Great Day of Idul Fitri, based on amount of selling, and based on customer needs. Third, Persenan is not determinat factor of customer loyalty. There are other factors had influence on customer loyalty: easy price, take care of customer, and full stock. Therefor, level of customer loyalty in Pandan market untill latent loyalty, because customer divided selling to other trader. The research also recommended to Head of Pandan Market to keep of togetherness among traders. Other side, the research hope continuing study on persenan in other perspective.

Abstract

ABSTRACTMuhammad Cheng Ho Mosque or commonly known as the Cheng Ho Mosque is one of the mosques that provides facilities for converts to form a Muslim personality both in terms of morals and aqidah and understands other syar'i sciences. The purpose of this study is to describe the management steps of the conversion program at Cheng Ho Surabaya Mosque. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. This research uses observation, interview and documentation methods. The results of this research show that the management of the converts program at the Cheng Ho Mosque in Surabaya was formed because of the background situation and conditions of the converts, departing from the experiences of several asatidzah who were also converts before, then the idea emerged to create a program management and planning to provide quality quality. quality for mualla, so from here a Chinese community was built and the Cheng ho Surabaya Mosque and the PITI Surabaya institution participated in helping to formulate programs and guidance to Muallaf. With the vision and mission of wanting to make Cheng Ho Mosque as a learning satisfaction and center of worship as well as a place for converts to study Islam.ABSTRAK Masjid Muhammad Cheng Ho atau biasa dikenal dengan nama Masjid Cheng Ho salah satu masjid yang menaungi untuk memberikan fasilitas bagi para muallaf dalam membentuk pribadi muslim yang baik dari segi akhlak dan aqidah serta paham dengan ilmu-ilmu syar’i lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini  yaitu  untuk  mendeskripsikan  langkah manajemen program muallaf pada Masjid Cheng Ho Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui manajemen program muallaf di Masjid Cheng Ho Surabaya dibentuk karena adanya latar belakang situasi dan kondisi para muallaf, berangkat dari pengalaman beberapa para  asatidzah  yang  juga notabenenya dahulu adalah muallaf, lalu muncullah ide untuk membuat sebuah manajemne program dan perencanaan dalam memberikan kualitas yang bermutu  bagi para mualla, maka dari sini lah dibangun sebuah  komunitas  Tionghoa  dan  Masjid Cheng ho Surabaya serta lembaga PITI Surabaya ikut serta dalam membantu  merumuskan program dan pembinaan kepada Muallaf. Dengan visi misi ingin  menjadikan Masjid Cheng Ho sebagai puasat belajar dan pusat ibadah serta menjadi wadah untuk para muallaf dalam mempelajari agama Islam.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe Al-Munawwir Dictionary provides a definition of a mosque as a place of worship for Muslims, seen in terms of the mosque's etymology derived from the word sajada-sujud-masjad / mosque, which means obedient, obedient, and submissive with respect. This study aims to provide an overview of the strategy and management of the Friday sermon production process at the Kemayoran Mosque in Surabaya as its object. The method used by researchers in this research is a case study with data collection procedures using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. So that researchers can explore the phenomenon of the object of research in detail and depth. The findings that occur in the field show results that are sharpened by descriptive descriptions of several categories of production. First, the process of determining the idea of the Friday sermon program at the Kemayoran Mosque. Second, for the selection mechanism for Friday sermon program at Kemayoran Mosque. Third, the Friday sermon design program at Kemayoran Mosque. Fourth, testing and evaluating the Friday sermon program at Kemayoran Mosque. Fifth, the final design of the Friday sermon program at the Kemayoran Mosque.ABSTRAKKamus Al-Munawwir memberikan definisi Masjid sebagai tempat beribadah umat Islam, dilihat dari segi etimologi masjid berasal dari kata sajada-sujud-masjad/masjid, yang berarti taat, patuh, dan tunduk dengan hormat. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai strategi dan manajemen proses produksi khutbah Jum’at di Masjid Kemayoran Surabaya sebagai objeknya.  Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini ialah studi kasus dengan prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara secara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sehingga peneliti dapat menggali fenomena pada objek penelitian secara rinci dan mendalam. Temuan yang terjadi di lapangan menunjukkan hasil yang dipertajam dengan uraian deskriptif mengenai beberapa kategori produksi khubah. Pertama,  proses penentuan gagasan  program khutbah Jum’at di Masjid Kemayoran. Kedua, untuk mekanisme  seleksi program khutbah Jum’at di Masjid Kemayoran. Ketiga, desain program khutbah Jum’at di Masjid Kemayoran. Keempat, pengujian dan evaluasi program khutbah Jum’at di Masjid Kemayoran. Kelima, desain akhir program khutbah Jum’at di Masjid Kemayoran.Â
