Abstract

Latar belakang: Berat bayi rendah adalah bayi dengan berat badan pada saat kelahiran < 2500 gram tanpa memandang masa gestasi. BBLR terjadi pada bayi kurang bulan <37 minggu atau pada bayi cukup bulan.Tujuan penelitian: ini untuk mengetahui hubungan anemia, usia kehamilan dan preeklampsia secara simultan dan parsial di RSI Siti Khadijah Palemabang tahun 2018. Metode Penelitian: ini adalah survey analitik dengan rancangan Cross Sectional. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu bersalin normal berjumlah 1.017 orang di RSI Siti Khadijah Palembang tahun 2018. Sedangkan sampelnya 91 bayi. 39 responden yang anemia dan mengalami kejadian BBLR yaitu sebanyak 17 orang (81,0%) dan tidak mengalami BBLR yaitu sebanyak 21 orang (30,6%). Sedangkan 53 responden yang tidak anemia namun mengalami BBLR yaitu 4 orang (19,0%) dan tidak mengalami BBLR sebanyak 49 orang (70,0%). Hasil: uji coba chi-square diperoleh nilai p value = (0,000 ≤ α = 0,05), dari 32 responden yang usia kehamilan kurang bulan dan mengalami kejadian BBLR yaitu sebanyak 14 orang (66,7%) dan tidak mengalami BBLR yaitu sebanyak 18 orang (25,7%). Sedangkan 59 responden yang usia kehamilan cukup bulan namun mengalami BBLR yaitu 7 orang (33,3%) dan tidak mengalami BBLR sebanyak 52 orang (74,3%), dan dari uji chi-square diperoleh nilai p value = (0,001≤ α = 0,05), 21 responden yang mengalami preeklampsia dan mengalami kejadian BBLR yaitu sebanyak 16 orang (76,2%) dan tidak mengalami BBLR yaitu sebanyak 5 orang (23,8%). Sedangkan 70 responden yang mengalami preeklampsia namun mengalami BBLR yaitu 26 orang (37,1%) dan tidak mengalami BBLR sebanyak 44 orang (62,9%), dan dari uji chi-square diperoleh nilai p value = (0,001≤ α = 0,05). Simpulan: ada korelasi yang bermakna secara simultan dan antara anemia atau usia kehamilan dan preeklampsia dengan kejadian BBLR. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memotivasi petugas kesehatan di RSI Siti Khadijah Palembang dapat melakukan konsultasi untu mengurangi terjadinya BBLR. Background: Low birth weight babies (LBWB) are babies with weight less than 2500 grams without looking at gestational age. LBW occurs in infants less than 37 weeks or in term infants. This study aimed: to find out the relationship among anemia, gestational age, and preeclampsia simultaneously and partially in Siti Khadijah Islamic Hospital in 2018. Method: This study used analytical survey method with cross sectional approach.The population in this study was all mothers (1,017 people) giving birth normally in the hospital in2018 and the number of samples was 91 babies. Of the 39 respondents, 17 people (81%) experienced anemia and LBW and 21 people (1,017 people) did not experience it. Of the 53 responden, 4 people (19%) did not experience aneia but experience LBW and 49 people (70%) did not experience LBW. The results: of chisquare test showed that P value obtained was 0.000 ≤ α = 0.05. Of the 32 respondents experiencing less than a month’s pregnancy and 14 people (66.7%) experienced the incidence of LBW and 18 people (25.7%) did not experience it. Of 59 respondents, 7 people (33.3%) were term infants but experience LBW, 52 people (74.3%) did not experience LBW. Chi-square test showed that P value obtained was 0,001 ≤ α = 0.05; of the 21 respondents, 16 people (76.2%) experienced preeclampsia and LBW; 5 people did not experience LBW. Of 70 respondents, 26 people (31.1) experienced preeclampsia and LBW and 44 people (62,9%) did not experience LBW. The results of chi-square test showed that P Value obtained was 0.001 ≤ α = 0.05. Conclution: that there was a meaningful relationship simultaneously and partially among anemia, gestational age, and preeclampsia with the incidence of LBW It is expected that this study results can motivate health workers in the hospital and can conduct consultations to reduce the occurrence of LBW.

Abstract

Long distance interpersonal communication between children and parents has become an important discussion in the current modern era. This article examines changes in communication and the impact of technology and strategies for maintaining strong relationships despite being separated in different locations. This article aims to understand how this communication technique works, especially among students who live far from their parents. This article reveals that there are various kinds of families with different communication patterns, including technologically challenged career families and broken homes. Barriers such as economic factors, professional time and communication networks often influence the effectiveness of communication. The results of this article show that established communication patterns can strengthen or weaken the emotional relationship between children and parents. depends on how effectively they communicate despite being separated by distance and this article provides insight into the importance of long-distance interpersonal communication and its impact on family relationship dynamics. It is hoped that these results can be a guide for families experiencing similar situations to improve the quality of their communication
