<![CDATA[ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran mapalus (gotong royong ) terhadap keberhasilan program rehabilitasi sosial rumah tinggal layak huni (RS – RTLH ) dan menganalisis pengaruh program RS – RTLH terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di kabupaten minahasa.Mapalus merupakan kegiatan gotong royong masyarakat minahasa yang sangat berperan terhadap keberhasilan suatu program di desa sedangkan program RS –RTLH merupakan subsidi dalam merehabilitasi rumah tidak layak huni di desa menjadi rumah layak huni.Penelituian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif menganalisis peran mapalus terhadap program RS –RTLH . penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode kuantitatif mengukur pengaruh program RS – RTLH terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di kabupaten minahasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secar kualitas budaya mapalus berperan dalam menunjang keberhasilan program RS - RTLH di kabupaten minahasa, kemudian secara kuantitatif dapat dibuktikan bahwa keberhasilan program RS – RTLH mampu menurunkan tingkat kemiskinan di kabupaten minahasa. Kata kunci : budaya mapalus , program RS – RTLH , kemiskinan ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the role of mapalus (mutual cooperation) in the success of the social rehabilitation program for livable housing (RS - RTLH) and to analyze the effect of the RS - RTLH program on poverty levels in Minahasa district.Mapalus is a mutual cooperation activity for the Minahasa community which plays a very important role in the success of a program in the village, while the RS-RTLH program is a subsidy in rehabilitating unfit for habitation in the village to become a livable house.This research used a qualitative method to analyze the role of mapalus in the RS-RTLH program. This study also uses quantitative methods to measure the effect of the RS-RTLH program on poverty levels in Minahasa district. The results show that the quality of the mapalus culture plays a role in supporting the success of the RS-RTLH program in Minahasa district, then quantitatively it can be proven that the success of the RS-RTLH program is able to reduce poverty levels in Minahasa district. Keywords: mapalus culture, RS-RTLH program, poverty]]>
