Abstract

ABSTRAKSemakin tingginya mobilitas masyarakat saat ini, memerlukan kehadiran sarana transportasi yang dapat mendukungnya. Kehadiran sarana transportasi berbasis online, yang salah satunya adalah GOJEK bagi para penggunanya dianggap solusi bagi tingginya mobilitas masyarakat saat ini. Bahkan sarana transportasi yang dulunya belum berbasis online, kini berlomba-lomba melakukan pelayanan menjadi berbasis online. Namun, faktanya kehadiran sarana transportasi berbasis online ini bukan tanpa masalah. Seringnya terjadi konflik dengan penyedia sarana transportasi konvensional menjadi salah satu bukti problematika dari kehadiran sarana transportasi online. Ironisnya, pemerintah sempat bingung untuk mengeluarkan kebijakan terkait keberadaan sarana transportasi online ini. Satu sisi kehadirannya terasa sangat dibutuhkan masyarakat, namun disisi lain seringnya menjadi penyebab terjadinya konflik. Sedangkan pengaturan yang komprehensif belum tersedia. Sejak dikeluarkan kebijakan tentang pengaturannya sarana transporatsi online tercatat telah beberapa kali dilakukan revisi. Kata Kunci: Kebijakan; Transportasi Online; GOJEK; Mobilitas  Masyarakat.                                                                      ABSTRACTThe increasing mobility of society today requires the presence of transportation facilities that can support it. The presence of online-based transportation means, one of which is GOJEK, for its users, is considered a solution for the high mobility of today's society. Even transportation facilities that were not based online before, are now competing to make services online. However, the fact is that the presence of online-based transportation means is not without problems. Frequent conflicts with providers of conventional transportation facilities are proof of the problematic presence of online transportation facilities. Ironically, the government was confused about issuing policies regarding the existence of this online transportation facility. On the one hand, its presence feels very much needed by the community, but on the other hand it is often the cause of conflict. Meanwhile, a comprehensive arrangement is not yet available. Since the issuance of the policy regarding the regulation of online transportation facilities, it has been noted that several times have been revised. Keywords: Policy; Online Transportation; GOJEK; Social Mobility.
