Abstract

Abstract. As the world becomes more and more connected due to globalization and various other factors, the demand of employees with global talent also increases. In 2014 Telkom Indonesia took an initiative to develop global talent for its employees due to the current international expansion they were going to conduct. Telkom International Capability Center was one of the program of the initiative which acts as the enabler for the whole thing, like its name it is a center dedicated to all affair related with international capability development. Specifically it was a center used to enhance employee’s skills and knowledge for international assignment by leveraging their global talent. It was quite effective seen from the fact that Telkom’s international expansion was successful without the need to hire a significant amount of expatriates. However with the progress of technology and new challenges in today’s world the Telkom International Capability Center has not been updated and reevaluated. The research interviewed key individuals with big involvement with Telkom International Capability Center to analyze the things which are needed to be changed in order to stay relevant and effective in its method to develop global talent, the research also conducts literature review to corroborate the findings from the interview. There were in fact a couple of things that needed to be changed such as the increased use of technological tools is needed to ensure a more efficient outcome, gamification also plays a big part to make certain that the participants is enthusiastic, the increased continuity of knowledge and feedback, and other minor adjustments. The researcher aims that it would benefit not only PT. Telkom but all other companies which are going through a similar condition. All things considered the researcher hopes that it could benefit Indonesia in enhancing their workforce in order to contribute the efforts of becoming a developed nation.Keywords: Globalization, Global Talent, Capability Center

Abstract

Public demands for supervision and accountability for the use of funds for the implementation of government activities require BPK RI auditors to further improve their performance professionally in order to produce quality audit activities. This study aims to analyze the effect of role stress and professionalism on auditor performance. The sample as well as the respondent is the BPK RI Representative of North Maluku, amounting to 35 auditors. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and analytical techniques and using multiple regression. The results showed that role stress had no effect on auditor performance, while professionalism had a positive and significant effect on auditor performance.

Abstract

Shaykh Azra'i Abdurrauf is a scholar who contributes to the world of reading the Al-Quran by wholeheartedly practicing and teaching adab and learning to read the Al-Quran in the field of interpretation, the tafsir of tajwid, makhraj science and adab in the art of reading the Al-Quran. This study aims to emulate Shaykh Azra'i Abdurrauf in the formation of Akhlakul Karimah through the art of reading the Al-Quran. This study uses qualitative methods with a narrative study approach to describe events in detail and related. The stages of data processing are carried out, namely data collection, data reduction and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show the contribution of Shaykh Azra'i Abdurrauf in implementing, teaching the values of Akhalqul Karimah to Muqri, students and Muslims.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which technological infrastructure, digital governance, and community participation can support the implementation of the Smart City concept in Magelang City. The research method used is included in the category of qualitative approaches that describe findings through online media. The data sources for this study are online news media, social media and journals related to the research by exploring the breadth of technological infrastructure and digital governance. The analysis technique uses the NVivo 12 plus data processing application, a computer-aided qualitative document analysis tool. Their tools are easy to use and can process words and explore word frequencies, attributes, and cases from big data. The results of the study show that Magelang City has great potential to become a sustainable smart city through the application of the smart city concept. Infrastructure support and local government commitment are the basis for utilizing technology and innovation to improve the quality of life of its citizens. Focusing on digital connectivity, green energy implementation, city security, and community participation are key strategies. Despite facing challenges in indicators such as smart mobility, smart economy, and smart environment, concrete efforts can be seen through the Smart Magelang Application initiative. The results of the analysis also reflect careful planning in the 2021-2026 RPJMD. Thus, Magelang City has great potential to become an efficient, innovative, and sustainable smart city.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to test and analyze the influence of auditor integrity and professional ethics on audit quality at the South Sulawesi Provincial Representative BPKP. The respondents or research sample were auditors totaling 63 people. Data collection uses questionnaire techniques. Data analysis using multiple regression with SPSS application. The results of the study show that integrity has a significant positive effect on audit quality. Professional ethics have a significant positive effect on audit quality.
