Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of PT Milan Ecowood Indonesia in purchasing decisions. This research is associative with a qualitative approach. The population in this study were all customers of PT Milan Ecowood Indonesia. The number of samples is 100 respondents. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires, literature study and documentation. The analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination test, and significant test (f test and t test). The results showed that partially promotion had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, this was evidenced by the simple regression value Y = 19.143 + 0.525X1, meaning that if the promotion was increased by one unit it would increase the purchase decision by 0.525 units. The value of Square is 33.2%, and the value of promotion t count is 6.979>t table 1.984 with a significant 0.000 <0.05. Partially service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, this is evidenced by the simple regression value Y = 15.073 + 0.627X2, meaning that if the service quality is increased by one unit, it will increase the purchase decision by 0.627 units. The value of R Square is 38.5%, the value of the promotion t count is 7.832> t table 1.984 with a significant 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously promotion and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, this is evidenced by the simple regression value Y = 10.455 + 0.308X1 + 0.441X2, meaning that if the promotion is increased by one unit it will increase the purchase decision by 0.308 units and if the service quality is improved amounting to one unit it will increase the purchase decision by 0.441 units. The value of R Square is 46.5%, and the value of F is calculated as 42.211>Ftable 2,700 with a significant 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much service quality and price affect the purchasing decision simultaneously at JSP Kids MDS Depok Town Square Brand. This type of research is an associative research using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling, using a sample of 99 respondents. Data analysis is a research instrument testing that is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test. Descriptive analysis and research verification are analysis of respondent characteristics, descriptive analysis of respondents' assessment of qualitative variables, verification analysis (quantitative) namely linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing both partially and simultaneously. The results of this study are the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y= 15,767 + 0.502 X1. Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y= 10,738 + 0.635 X2. Service quality and price simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 7.843 + 0.116X1 + 0.586X2. This means that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between service quality and price on purchasing decisions on the JSP KIDS MDS Depok Town Square brand.

Abstract

Salah satu dari tujuan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi selain Pendidikan dan Penelitian adalah Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM). Hal ini diatur dalam Pasal 20 dan 24 Undang-Undang. No. 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional yang menyatakan bahwa adanya otonomi oleh Perguruan Tinggi, Penelitian Ilmiah dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Sebagai pertanggungjawaban kami, maka dalam melaksanakan tugas tersebut telah kami susun laporan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat.Dalam pelaksanaan kami ingin memberikan penyuluhan mengenai Cuci Tangan Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Dengan Metode 6 Langkah agar masyarakat dapat menerima informasi yang tepat dengan memperagakan bagaimana cuci tangan metode 6 langkah yang akhirnya hasil yang diciptakan menjadi tepat guna dan dapat dilakukan oleh semua kalangan masyarakat khususnya para pasien di Rumah Sakit. Oleh karena itu penyuluhan ini diperlukan untuk peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat agar dapat dipahami dengan baik dan pengetahuan akan kebersihan tangan dapat dijawab dengan efektif dan efisien.Terima kasih atas dukungan Ketua Yayasan Sasmita Jaya, Rektor Universitas Pamulang, Dosen pembimbing kami dan Direktur Rumah Sakit Bhakti Mulia serta pihak-pihak yang telah membantu terselenggaranya Pengabdian Masyarakat.
