Abstract

This research purposes to determine an effect of ROA, ROE, DER, DAR, and CR to underpricing the company's stock price at Initial Public Offering on the IDX. The analysis uses multiple regression with the dependent variable underpricing stock prices at the time of the IPO, while the independent variables are ROA, ROE, DER, DAR and CR. The population in this study were companies that haved underpricing during the 2015-2019 period, while the sample used was 30 companies with the largest underpricing difference. The results showed that the variables ROA, ROE and CR had a significant effect on underpricing, while the variables DER and DAR had no effect on underpricing stock prices at the time of the IPO. This means that to invest more investors consider the return and company liquidity. Debt owned by the company is not a consideration for investors to invest.

Abstract

Economic growth is a process of continuous change in the economic condition of a country towards a better situation over a certain period. An economy is said to experience a change in its development if the level of economic activity is higher than previously achieved. This study is used to analyze the effect of regional income on gross regional domestic product in East Java. The independent variables in this study are local revenue, revenue sharing funds, general allocation funds and special allocation funds, while the dependent variable in this study is gross regional domestic product. This type of research is explanatory research using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that Regional Original Revenue (PAD) had a significant positive effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH) had a significant positive effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), General Allocation Fund (DAU) had a significant positive effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) while Special Allocation Fund (DAK) had no significant positive effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP).

Abstract

In the digital age, the shift from sliding learning to online learning has become a must, which forces educational institutions and pupils to adapt to the dynamics of technology. Using the Zoom Meeting online learning system as one of the learning media, it shows how important technology is in organizing learning to be more accessible and flexible. Students can easily attend online lectures or seminars anytime and anywhere. The selection of samples is done using purposive sampling, by selecting samples based on certain criteria that are already defined, namely active students of the Master of Management at Merdeka Malang University who use the Zoom Meeting application as a platform to learn online, as many as 115 respondents. The study collected data by sending questionnaires to respondents through Google Forms. The data was analyzed through three different approaches: descriptive analysis, classical assumptions, and double linear regression. The results showed that the three variables, namely system quality, information quality, and service quality, have an impact on the satisfaction of Zoom users. Among the three, the quality of service was found to have the greatest impact on improving user satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Perencanaan, Transparansi Dan Akuntabilitas Terhadap Kinerja Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Melalui Pengawasan Sebagai Variabel Moderasi Pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 55 responden yaitu ASN yang mempunyai tugas sebagai pengelola keuangan pada seluruh Perangkat Daerah di lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten Ponorogo . Dalam penentuan sampel, peneliti menggunakan metode purphose sampling yaitu teknik pengumpulan data dengan memberi kuesioner pada responden dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan peneliti adalah dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji f (simultan) uji R square dan uji regresi linier berganda Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil uji regresi linear berganda Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) menunjukkan bahwa variabel perencanaan , transparansi dan Akuntabilitas secara bersama sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pengelolaan keuangan daerah di Pemerintah Kabupaten Ponorogo . Secara parsial perencanaan dan Variabel transparansi berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap kinerja pengelolaan keuangan daerah di Pemerintah Kabupaten Ponorogo . Sedangkan variabel akuntabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pengelolaan keuangan daerah di Pemerintah Kabupaten Ponorogo . Hasil analisis pengujian interaksi moderasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengawasan mampu memperkuat pengaruh variabel perencanaan ,transparansi dan akuntabilitas terhadap kinerja pengelolaan keuangan daerah di Pemerintah Kabupaten Ponorogo .

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how system quality, information quality, service quality, and ELMAD user satisfaction at MAN 1 Kota Malang. The quality of the information system in the ELMAD application system is the ability of the system itself, which is how much the information technology system is reliable and in accordance with the needs and expectations of its users. It can be said that users believe that the ELMAD application information system that is used is running well, they will be satisfied and feel the benefits of the information system. The population of this research is class XI students of IPS MAN 1 Kota Malang for the odd semester 2023 academic year with a total of 102 students. The sampling method used is the census method with active class stratified criteria and uses the K13 curriculum. For the sampling technique using non-probability sampling (not random). The results of this study indicate that system quality, information quality, service quality have a significant positive effect on user satisfaction of the ELMAD application at MAN 1 Malang City. The results of this study are implemented on system quality, information quality and service quality in the ELMAD application at MAN 1 Malang City which has been going well, but still needs to be improved in the use of the ELMAD application such as providing training to users in implementing a good ELMAD application, so that users maximize the operation of the application.
