Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has extended to all aspects of life, including ticket reservations, which are now widely available online through e-commerce platforms and official websites. Citilink, as an airline, must continuously consider and develop its online ticket reservation services through its website to remain competitive against numerous competitors. The purpose of this research is to understand the usability of the online reservation system on Citilink's official platform in increasing passenger ticket repurchase intention and to identify the obstacles that influence passengers' willingness to repurchase tickets through Citilink's online reservation system. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection was conducted through interviews and documentation. The data analysis process included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that Citilink's online reservation system has significant potential to increase passenger repurchase intention. This potential is supported by features that enhance ease of use, service speed, and the availability of accurate information. However, several obstacles affect repurchase intention, including system disruptions, less competitive pricing, and the lack of effective socialization or promotion efforts by Citilink

Abstract

Facilities at the airport are divided into two main parts consisting of the land side and the air side. Existing facilities on the land side consist of: passenger terminal, cargo terminal, operational building, air traffic control tower or Air Traffic Control (ATC), SAR (Search and Rescue) building, meteorological building, main/VIP class building, entrance , fueling building, as well as administrative and office buildings. While the facilities on the air side consist of: runways, taxiways, aircraft parking areas, runway strips or runway end safety areas, as well as aviation accident rescue and fire fighting facilities. This research uses a type of qualitative research and descriptive research type. The purpose of the authors using qualitative research is to describe and reveal the facts and symptoms contained in the research problem, namely to analyze and describe the revitalization of the waiting room for the domestic passenger terminal at El Tari Kupang International Airport.The strategy for repairing damaged and unfit for use due to the Seroja storm has been realized and the damaged and unfit for use facilities have received proper and prompt treatment due to good coordination and cooperation between operating units and related units that were damaged. In addition, efforts to maintain. The quality of facilities is an important thing to prioritize because it has a high level of importance, but in practice there are still many complaints from service users who feel unsatisfied regarding the quality of the facilities available at El Tari Kupang International Airport, especially in the waiting room. Abstract

The way that airports are able to protect aircraft that will take off and Landing from various disturbances that could endanger flights at the airport is by carrying out perimeter fences and being guarded by aviation security personnel. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze how security is carried out by aviation security personnel on the perimeter fence in supporting flight security at Adi Soemarmo International Airport. In addition, this study also aims to determine whether the security of the perimeter fence is effective in supporting aviation security at Adi Soemarmo International Airport. This research is a qualitative research using primary and secondary data types. The data collection technique in this study uses the method of interviews with Aviation Security personnel, observation during patrols around the perimeter fence area, and documents in the form of documentation when conducting research. The results of this research indicate that the perimeter fence security carried out by Aviation Security personnel at Adi Soemarmo International Airport is in accordance with applicable procedures or provisions and is effective in supporting flight security. Although there are still some shortcomings, the Aviation Security unit at Adi Soemarmo International Airport can cover these weaknesses in accordance with the Regulation of the Indonesian Minister of Transportation Number PM 33 of 2015, by conducting additional mitigation.

Abstract

Stres kerja adalah suatu kondisi ketegangan yang menciptakan adanya ketidakseimbangan fisik dan psikis, yang mempengaruhi emosi, proses berpikir, dan kondisi seorang karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab stres kerja petugas kargo dan untuk mengetahui upaya mengatasi stres kerja petugas kargo pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Bandar Udara Sultan Babullah Ternate. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara kepada petugas kargo dan petugas pelayanan unit jasa kargo Bandar Udara Sultan Baaabullah Ternate.  Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan keabsahan data dengan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa penyebab stres kerja petugas kargo dipengaruhi dari banyak faktor antara lain beban kerja yang berlebihan, masalah pribadi, konflik dengan rekan kerja, masalah faktor eskternal dan pandemic Covid-19. Dalam mengatasi stres kerja petugas kargo, ada beberapa upaya yang dapat dilakukan petugas agar terhindar dari stres kerja yang mengganggu aktivitas pekerjaan dikantor yaitu antara lain melakukan rapat rutin, adanya penilaian dan evaluasi tertulis, membiasakan gaya hidup sehat, menghindari konflik, bersosialisasi dengan orang lain, meluangkan waktu untuk bersantai, dan mencari dukungan dari keluarga dan rekan kerja. Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja; Petugas Kargo; Pandemi Covid-19
